This location is better than any other nearby Dunkin but that’s sadly not saying too much. High quality food and beverage but very slow and somewhat unpleasant staff. One time I waited at the drive thru for fifteen minutes with no greeting and when I politely asked if everything was ok, the employee yelled at me that it was only her and an old lady working and she was doing what she could.

I was a regular customer but after today,no more!
My Caramel Latte was so strong that I had to run to the bathroom at least 5 times after consuming the coffee plus my bagel and cream cheese was served cold when I requested for it to be warmed and this is not the first time this has happened so after today I won’t be going to Dunkin for a long long...

I frequent my hagerstown dunkins so I know what to expect and let me tell you if I wasn't going to be late for work I would have turned right around and thanked them in person! I've never had a wake up wrap so soft and perfect! Most other dunkins have dry crunchy tortillas and stale hasbrowns. It made my day and i'm still thinking about it a week later. I might drive out of my way just to have better food!
