They didn’t have the cheesesteak, food was slow, food came out wrong (burger toppings), fries were over cooked, they didn‘t have the ingredients for martinis, and they were rude about IDing

Burgers were decent. Nice atmosphere. I hope this place makes it built it directly behind major fast food restaurants in order to make it customer service and a great product, you'll beat all of them

Dawn was fired from Jakki’s she showed up to work and Sam , who was clearly not sober, didn’t want to end her shift. So after waiting 1 1/2 hours she waiting I went home and was fired.

We had such an awesome experience! We love Dawn. She is absolutely amazing always so kind and vibrant. Such great service. We absolutely love going to Jakkis because of her. She never let's our beer go empty snd cooks the best food!
