We are from Ashland, KY here in Fayetteville, WV visiting family. This Arby’s restaurant had a comfortable, relaxing, well-lit environment. We (family of 4) actually enjoyed sitting down to eat and talk for a while. The staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. The restaurant, including the bathrooms, were clean and well kept. The food was good and made fresh but they seemed short staffed and watched one staff member walk in literally dragging his feet and frowning. Also, there was trash and old food tucked under every service in the kitchen like they just drop things and kicked them under the table and never picked them up. The bathrooms were also quite dirty. Needs a good deep cleaning and a chat with their employees.
Your orders are always right. Food is almost always hot and they're quick to fix it if it's not. Decent variety. Look for coupons for deals. Still a fan of the chicken sandwich it's my favorite.
