So disappointed that things have went down hill. Not only was I given the wrong products on my click list but the substitutions were given at the wrong price without my coupons. This is just today's problem. Just gone down hill and have received the last of my money.

Very poor quality produce selection. Mis-labeled products. recent change in organization has resulted in many of my staple grocery items to be removed from the shelves. Forced to drive to Beckley to get decent quality groceries.

This store is very dirty the bathrooms are very dirty when I take my kids to the bathroom I have to clean it before they can use it when you tell management they say it's cleaned every 2 hours I told them it stunk he said he did not smell anything this not good management whatever happened to the care that is put into making sure everything is clean they had lost my business in the pharmacy altogether now they have lost it in the store it's a bad store that's dirty and everyone there has a chip on there shoulder I am done I will drive to Harper road where the store management knows how to treat people and the store and bathrooms are clean.
