Service was a little slow, but it became clear why when our order came. Each plate was made completely fresh. If you want something to come out in 5 minutes, go to Starbucks for a frozen breakfast sandwich. Even their pickles are house made.I got the breakfast sandwich - it had a delightful sweet & spicy jam on it. Good was incredible. I never had a cortada before, it was really good! I also had the big burrito. Staff was really kind enough to modify because I don't eat Ham. I substituted. Good was delicious and would definitely come back next trip!Vegetarian options: They will substitute to vegetarian options for you.

The most quaint little spot. Very dog friendly. Perfect to eat before hitting the national park nearby. Don't expect to get in and out super quick, it's a happening place, but worth it! There's a reason it's a happening place.
