Walked in the door and got a very weak " WELCOME TO MOE'S" greeting. The ground beef in our burritos seemed old, it was dry with little to no flavor. The chips were stale and there was hardly any salsa on the "salsa bar"
All around was a VERY DISAPPOINTING experience will definitely NOT return ?

First time I ever visiting moe's I'm at your menu and I have no idea what type of restaurant you are but I'm being told to go ahead and pay. Wasn't able to get add onto my burrito. Because I already paid and the drawer was closed.
Because the lady wants to count her drawer and go home. I would've ordered more and spent more money.
Then just a $10. Your customer service is very poor Not include the 3 people that were behind me that walked up had the wait too .The food was very good 15 to 20 min for a draw Change and count it's a little long.

Worst Moe’s I’ve been to in the country, very skimpy on portions, was told that the item I got only comes as is and could not get rice on it despite not getting beans (every other location just asks if I want seasoned or unseasoned rice) making it really overpriced for not a lot of food. Location is also very spotty on if they’re actually open the times they say, which should not happen in a truck stop where drivers are relying on being able to get food at. Hope they change in the future.
Customer be ware. Got a burrito that started at about $8.50 and adding just guacamole, queso cheese and got white meat chicken ended up costing about $14.25. I was not informed of any up charges until I got to check out. When questioning them, they told me that it was on the menu at the front. I looked on the way out but still unable to find. The lack of transparency on the pricing really PO me. Most likely will not go back to any Moe's. I'll stay with Toca Bells 5 layer burrito.
They were the only place really still open but had broken the meat and rice down off the hot bar to clean. Decent food, but operates independently so you can't use rewards or points here. Great service though!

I drive truck and eat here about once a week. The food is good the staff are nice. My favorite thing about this place is the staff get visibly annoyed when immigrants try and order food in broken English. I love it.

Ate here once a few years ago and it was a pretty nice experience.
Ate here again today and wow. It's gone down hill, bad. Extremely Skimpy on portions and it tastes like they've gone with a lower grade product even on the food that costs extra.
I believe at some point in the last couple of years the franchisee or someone else bought out this location and paid to keep the name and branding but are separate from the company. This is evidenced by signs everywhere saying this location doesn't accept Moe's rewards even though the cups say "earn rewards". Resulting from this buy out appears to be many cuts being made. They don't even say "welcome to Moe's!" When you enter anymore despite having decor that say "we yell at you". Will not be dining here again.
Also found a couple of weevils. Not great considering they thrive in dry foods like rice. Lol.

They had a sign posted that military members get a % off if they had an app downloaded and verified. I did not have the app but asked if showing my CAC would work, the lady said no, then a gentleman behind the counter came over and paid for 50% of my meal. Though he did not have to do that, it speaks to the type of people moe’s hires. Thank you

I would like to start a bad review by stating I have been a Moe's customer for about 10 years. I planned on ordering the Stack but was refused service because I wanted to put onions a jalapeños on my meal. The excuse was that's not how it comes in the picture. While I talking to the young man behind the counter before I started my order his supervisor interrupted me to discipline him for something that could have waited, and as he walked away I tried to order for a second time and the supervisor shouted "I really don't want to" multiple times as he was walking away interrupting me again. That's when I tried to order the stack and was rejected based on onions and jalapeños. This is complete nonsense and for a $12 meal I can only order what is " shown in the picture ". I'm done with Moe's and maybe people with start voting with their $ and these people will go back to respecting customers.

Brittany, Ayla & Candace were the most amazing women ever and the food was amazing. These guys should really get a promotion for the way they have really great customer service.

The female manager is rude and straight up costing the chain money you can see the staff is unhappy working with her , if I’m paying the absurd price for a stack I should be able to modify it to my taste this isn’t a 5 star restaurant your literally attached to a truck stop
