The food itself has shrunk but the prices have grown. A whopper jr or chicken little take about 3 bites. The place looks run down & dirty. They clearly have only done service cleaning for years now. It takes a very long time to get order no matter if your in drive thru or inside.

The problem was we werenthe only ones in the drive-thru but we still had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for our order that half was reheated in a microwave when they could have made fresh food.

I was in there over the weekend and witnessed the manager theresa on duty. Throw a drink at one of her employees in his face very unprofessional, and I will never be back there again

Great fresh burger
TL;DR Food is amazing, staffs' Actions could be better.
This Burger King has a love-hate relationship with its customers. The food is always good. Fresh and 9/10 times amazing. The downside comes from the staff. Regardless of business you'll always be told to drive around at the Drive-thru. Doesn't matter if you're the only car or the last car. It doesn't even matter if you order 1 sandwich or 5, you're being asked to pull around. That wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't a 10-15 minute wait for food no matter what. There's also this one old lady who I'm going to assume is a manager or shift lead, but she's NEVER in a good mood. She's very dull with her tone and sounds like you're bothering her by giving the restaurant business. I get it, working in fast food and retail is very tiring and all but come on. I shouldn't feel like I made someone upset just because I wanted a sandwich.
But I could ignore all of that if it wasn't for the Drive-thru issue. That should at least be addressed.
Horrible ordered burgers with cheese got with out had to return they put cheese on them and forgot to put a burger back in the bag
