The Dari Owl is my favorite place around to go in the summer for ice cream. I've only lived locally about eleven years and I first discovered it by recommendation by a friend because my daughter was lactose intolerant and they were the only place around (at the time) that carried Dole Whip. As a 3 year old, it was super exciting to have a place to go where she could actually get something. Tried the “pretzel meltdown” and it was excellent. Hot fudge for real not the “chocolate sauce” version. I don’t know what species a “dari owl” is but I am glad it survives in WV!

Tried brownie meltdown.. it costed $6.75 dollars.. brownie meltdown comes with vanilla icecream and you have option to change the icecream if required. Also whipping cream and nuts are optional. We are confused of selecting banana split or brownie melt and we decided to go with the meltdown.
