“Everything was wonderful, the food was perfect and the employees were good. However there is no changing table in the restroom and no individual trash cans in the womens bathroom stalls.

There is a beautiful view of the river from the eating area and lovely art work in the wall.

“My order was fine but I ordered milkshakes which I’m sure would have been great (they looked great) had I gotten to eat them. They were put in a cardboard cup carrier which was not the right size and they all tipped out of the holder and onto the seat of my car. Only good thing is I have leather seats. I just suggest a you put them that the cup fits in. That was a waste of around $15 or so. Otherwise good service.“

“Just walked in, while looking at the nutcracker displays. Had a top notch calzone, wife had a meatball sub, it was huge. Food tasted great, tried Italian lemon soda pop. Price was very reasonable. If you are in area, it’s worth the visit.“

“Clean, quality food & great staff. We were there at 7 pm on Thursday evening every staff member we interacted with was super nice. We interacted with 3 staff members at different times. Definitely will be back !

“Well managed location. Since the remodel, the lines move faster, food comes out properly and on time and the staff even seems happier. As tough as the restaurant industry is these days, this location deserves the compliment and your support.“

“Typical Burger King food but the employee who works the drive-thru most mornings makes this rating a 5. She is quite literally the kindest person I've ever encountered at a fast food place and if all of your employees had her attitude, you guys would be making 10x as much.“

“Always fresh food!!! Although i wish when you ask a worker what all is in a taco,crunchwrap, or burrito they would tell you what sauces come in it.I got a breakfast crunchwrap and the sauce in it was to hot for me so i didn't end up eating it.“

“McDonald's these days.... Understaffed, overworked, impossibly difficult day-to-day existence. These guys are dealing with all the usual crap that every Mickey D's employees deal with, it ain't glamorous, but they absolutely give it 100% and do a damn sight better job than the other McDonald's in the area (Stuebenville, I'm looking at you). I really appreciate that little extra effort and they make that effort every morning and the way they take the job seriously. It might seem trivial to some, but I have a lot of respect for anybody in food service,, it is not easy, it's like working in a pressure cooker with customers lining up to hate on you. Even when they are getting crushed, these guys display very strong customer service skills and I know for a fact I would have melted down already. You guys are great, hope you get a raise. “Its pretty hit or miss. What upsets me as a former McDonald's employee is that even if they are packed, someway, somehow, i get cold fries or my mchicken is unchewable.. Like fr? You still gotta do your job. Im not one to complain about food but golly, you gotta pray that either your fries are hot, or your sandwich is pretty but your not gonna get both“

“I don't know who does the bathrooms but one time I saw that the men's restroom was absolutely trashed because of the dispensery (sunnyside) next door but having seen a guy go in and clean it, after 5-8 mins. I when in and looked at it, it was more whiter than the guy, sucks for him tho.“

“Got the Spicy Lover's Pizza today and whoever cut it clearly does not have the slightest clue what they are doing! I mean seriously, who cuts a pizza like this? Is there a competition between employees on who can cut it the worst? How is it even to be shared?“
