I went to this location today and placed a mobile order! They shut off their mobile ordering so I lost my points that I tried to use today on the mobile ordering, lost out on points because I was frazzled over getting my $ back on the order! The fries were cold! I understand being short staffed, but this is ridiculous!

Do NOT ride bikes around this place. They called the police on me for waiting for my food in the parking lot. The owner told the police officer; “He’s trespassing and we don’t want him here” and said I was banned!

Ordered 3 bigmacs from doordash, driver arrived 7:59pm the bag was opened, it looked like someone scraped 2 of them off. And 1 was missing. I have never had a problem with this before... the dasher assured me that it wasn't their fault. Not happy

The cashier on 07/17/2025 was ignorant and did not wish us a good day at all. Unfortunately, this is what has become acceptable in todays world. Tried to get what they advertise as the new smores mcflurry and of course they do not have ice cream in the middle of July. This McDonald's is a complete dump with horrible service. Completely avoid this at all costs and just go to Sheetz across the street it is literally so much better.

Don't ever walk in here with any bags. Came in with a couple grocery bags and was kicked out. I truly hope all your higher ups don't behave this way. If so it's an embarrassment to the company and I truly hope they get fired and have real management hired moving forward. I would say have a nice day but nah. Your higher up people don't deserve it.

Apparently ordering a #7 and 2 mcCrispy chk sandwiches is just Way too much of a work load.. so instead of handing me my food under cover.. they requested we park in the middle of the parking lot and the elements to await our orders. Smh. Piss poor management. 2 plain chs burgers and 2 chk sandwiches..smh

The cashier, manager and owners daughter are more concerned about the drive thru timer, than to provide the customer with the least amount of respect. All 3 were terribly rude and didn't provide the ketchup packets requested.
