They shut off their mobile ordering so I lost my points that I tried to use today on the mobile ordering, lost out on points because I was frazzled over getting my $ back on the order! The fries were cold! I understand being short staffed, but this is ridiculous!

The cashier on 07/17/2025 was ignorant and did not wish us a good day at all. Unfortunately, this is what has become acceptable in todays world. Tried to get what they advertise as the new smores mcflurry and of course they do not have ice cream in the middle of July. This McDonald's is a complete dump with horrible service. Completely avoid this at all costs and just go to Sheetz across the street it is literally so much better.
