Don't ever walk in here with any bags. Came in with a couple grocery bags and was kicked out. I truly hope all your higher ups don't behave this way. If so it's an embarrassment to the company and I truly hope they get fired and have real management hired moving forward. I would say have a nice day but nah. Your higher up people don't deserve it.

Apparently ordering a #7 and 2 mcCrispy chk sandwiches is just Way too much of a work load.. so instead of handing me my food under cover.. they requested we park in the middle of the parking lot and the elements to await our orders. Smh. Piss poor management. 2 plain chs burgers and 2 chk sandwiches..smh

The cashier, manager and owners daughter are more concerned about the drive thru timer, than to provide the customer with the least amount of respect. All 3 were terribly rude and didn't provide the ketchup packets requested.

Place a order today and yet again the rocket scientist that work there messed it up yet again ordered biscuits and gravey and a sausage biscuit how on earth do guys seem to mess a simple order up they have to employ every D student they can find that place is a embarrassment a simple job and nobody there can do it. This happened 2 days in a row, not worth calling them the lady that works in the mornings isn't very nice she shouldn't be working with the public at all

i wish i would’ve taken a picture of my sandwich before i drove all the way back to turn it in. i went in the drive thru and got food for me and my 2 kids. drive all the way home and bite into my burger to see a piece of HAIR melted into the side. i call them they ask me to bring my sandwich in and i drive all the way back (at this point i’ve drove 30 minutes all together) and they wouldn’t hear me out when i tried asking for a full refund. my appetite was lost for the rest of my meal i no longer wanted a remake i mean their was a hair in my food… it’s not like i asked for no onions and they put some on my burger. after the entire thing i got refunded 3 dollars and some change. the inconvenience was ridiculous
10 minute wait in the lobby for a $5 meal. If you're in the drive-thru, you're good. But be an inside customer? Pffft, you're not important!

Everything was wonderful, the food was perfect and the employees were good. However there is no changing table in the restroom and no individual trash cans in the womens bathroom stalls.
There is a beautiful view of the river from the eating area and lovely art work in the wall.
