To those people leaving negative comments on this place, congratulations. That location is now closed for renovations. If you don't like what you order and then get....... GO HOME AND COOK YOUR OWN DAMN FOOD!!!!!!!! Ordering out for me is now a luxury because of health issues, and they are the closest location to my house. I never had any issues with that location, but now that it's closed, I can't get anything from there until it reopens. Seriously..... COOK YOUR OWN DAMN FOOD!!!!!!!!

Anytime the subway app has a good deal like buy one get one for 1$ or anything like that it always seems like I can’t order from this specific location on the app. It is starting to seam like the owner is just some sort of cheap skate that refuses to honor subways deals. It literally seems like everytime there is a good “online only” deal I can’t order from this location online

Walked in today with my wife and 2 kids the woman with face piercings looked as she got pissed off that we came in, slamming sandwich papers on the counter, Stating 1 out and 4 more in, in a disgusted manor. Also did not respond to my hello as me and my family walked in either! Terrible experience…. Need some new workers in there!

My daughter walked in Follansbee Sub way Thursday to get us 2 subs but the worker was so mest up she left . He was mumbling his words eyes rolling back in his head 4 min to just put on his gloves and to get the bread he just stood there and touched the bread . She turned walked out . He had rashes on his neck and body .

Just got 2 subs for dinner and eat half of mine and had to throw it away because my girlfriend told me to stop because her meat was molded this is the second time we came to this store the first time we ordered they messed up our order and put whatever they wanted on the sand witch and both times its been the same person that made our food they are rude and don't care about how the food is made and I know they saw that the food was molding that is a health risk and not professional at all

Easily the worst subway I’ve ever known to exist. Employees are constantly pushing off customers. They don’t accept coupons. Most recently I was told that they wouldn’t slice salami, prepare chicken, or cut new vegetables, because, get this, they were closing in (over) one hour. It was 6:40 and they close at 8. I’ve given 3 chances and they have struck out

Went into the store yesterday around 6:00pm, I placed a mobile order and waited on for 15 minutes already, I walk into the store and wait for the lady to get done with other customers. I tell her that I have a mobile order and she proceeded to have an attitude towards me and my grandmother when all we did was ask a question. Very unprofessional worker you had working that night. Maybe try looking for new employees instead of having 1 person work night shift. And for the worker, you got an attitude with an elderly women, shame on you ma’am. I DIDNT EVEN GET REFUNDED FOR MY ORDER BY THE WAY!!
We had a very good person who waited on us. Her name was Rachel and she is the reason I will be back. She was very polite and I would love to see her every time I go in there. She is a wonderful person. And I would like to thank her.

What a sad excuse for a $14.49 sandwich. This is supposed to be the #12 turkey Cali club. There is next to no meat on this sandwich, the bacon wasn't heated up, it looks like they may have cleaned off the avocado knife onto my sandwich and the spinach was slimy (actually what i think is a dab of avocado may be spinach slime, who knows). I mean come on. We love Subway. I would have had better luck just getting a sub from the gas station. I'm not expecting this sandwich to look like what the pictures do online, but at least try. I received an email for a free 6 inch to make this right too. Honestly, I'm scared to go back there. This definitely needs brought to anyone's attention who wants to order one and waste money. Both workers were really nice and had good customer service skills, but the sandwiches sucked.

Ever since the old management and employee's left, this location has been going downhill. The place used to be clean, but it's really not anymore. Food isn't fresh anymore( the cucumbers had a coating of slime). The employee's are friendly, but it's always someone new working so they don't really seem like they know what they are doing.
