Just got 2 subs for dinner and eat half of mine and had to throw it away because my girlfriend told me to stop because her meat was molded this is the second time we came to this store the first time we ordered they messed up our order and put whatever they wanted on the sand witch and both times its been the same person that made our food they are rude and don't care about how the food is made and I know they saw that the food was molding that is a health risk and not professional at all

went and got subway and had some lovely moldy turkey meat on my sandwich today, heard the place was a mess but this is ridiculous and a serious health issue.. do better. $20 for two sandwiches to waste

$24 for one sandwich!!!
They have a fairy ass working in this store, that charges what ever it wants! They will never get another penny of my hard earned money!
And on top of that the meatballs were cold and she wouldn’t even heat them up! Terrible. Terrible. Terrible

Easily the worst subway I’ve ever known to exist. Employees are constantly pushing off customers. They don’t accept coupons. Most recently I was told that they wouldn’t slice salami, prepare chicken, or cut new vegetables, because, get this, they were closing in (over) one hour. It was 6:40 and they close at 8. I’ve given 3 chances and they have struck out

Went into the store yesterday around 6:00pm, I placed a mobile order and waited on for 15 minutes already, I walk into the store and wait for the lady to get done with other customers. I tell her that I have a mobile order and she proceeded to have an attitude towards me and my grandmother when all we did was ask a question. Very unprofessional worker you had working that night. Maybe try looking for new employees instead of having 1 person work night shift. And for the worker, you got an attitude with an elderly women, shame on you ma’am. I DIDNT EVEN GET REFUNDED FOR MY ORDER BY THE WAY!!

What a sad excuse for a $14.49 sandwich. This is supposed to be the #12 turkey Cali club. There is next to no meat on this sandwich, the bacon wasn't heated up, it looks like they may have cleaned off the avocado knife onto my sandwich and the spinach was slimy (actually what i think is a dab of avocado may be spinach slime, who knows). I mean come on. We love Subway. I would have had better luck just getting a sub from the gas station. I'm not expecting this sandwich to look like what the pictures do online, but at least try. I received an email for a free 6 inch to make this right too. Honestly, I'm scared to go back there. This definitely needs brought to anyone's attention who wants to order one and waste money. Both workers were really nice and had good customer service skills, but the sandwiches sucked.

I placed an order online. They never made it. When I went to pick it up it was really busy and I didn't have time to wait (why I placed the order online and waited 30 minutes to pick it up) they didn't refund me so I'm out of $7

Ever since the old management and employee's left, this location has been going downhill. The place used to be clean, but it's really not anymore. Food isn't fresh anymore( the cucumbers had a coating of slime). The employee's are friendly, but it's always someone new working so they don't really seem like they know what they are doing.

Like many other customers, I have a one hour lunch windows. After standing in line for 10 minutes, the girl working there informs everyone that there's a big online order she has to fill and everyone else may have a 30 minute wait. I realize that everywhere is short staffed, but to ask the in-store customers to wait behind every online order is absurd! About 5 customers just left, as well as telling everyone else pulling into the parking lot that there was a long wait. In their attempts to serve those who won't leave their house, they lost a lot of orders today of in-house customers. Plus, It wasted almost 1/2 of my lunch time with no service. I'll not go back there for lunch anytime in the foreseeable future. I'm sure a many of the others feel the same way.
