I order a taco pizza taste like eating card board hardly no meat and the cheese was over cooked called and complained but only got told to bring the pizza in after there was a reason I had it delivered.Wont be ordering again from here.It was latterly covered in lettuce I guess to hide it was over done.I should of just ate the cardboard box I had here and saved my money and let me add it was cold

We ordered food an hour and a half ago. so we called and asked where our food was and they said it would be another 20 minutes another 20 minutes go by we call again said it’ll be another 20 minutes. We wait another 20 minutes so I complain that you said that they’ll get their manager the manager didn’t wanna speak on the phone and continues to do nothing about the situation so she says I can come pick it up if I would’ve ordered it and picked it up it would’ve been ready so I said I live two minutes away. I can be there right now so she said it’ll be another 20 minutes so I said forget about it , so if it’s gonna be more than an hour, let your customers know that because some people have kids that are hungry we will not be Ordering until this situation is solved. It was very unprofessional. The manager didn’t want to talk or do anything about it. I would’ve even came and picked up the food myself still without a discount or a coupon or anything. we normally order there a week and we usually don’t have problems. Usually good we have had a few incidents, but this one takes icing on the cake we will be going. we always leave a handsome tip to the driver only being 2 minutes away. Big is always on time and they don’t even want tips because it’s so close but we tipped them big anyway Long story short if you’re looking for something fast, this isn’t the place. This took place on April 29 between 5:30 PM and 8pm

It’s disappointing to pay the kind of money you have to pay and they can’t get your order right! I asked for my pizza to be ran through the over 3 times to be extra done! It was definitely only ran through once and super doughy and floppy! Also asked for crispy wings and they were not and ranch for the wings which I didn’t get! Would’ve of called and complained but that would’ve most likely got me no where!

I will make the 10 mins extra drive to go to another location! I can never get anyone to answer a phone , I made an online order tonight . It took the order at 5:30pm said it be around 6:13pm(delivery ) okay not terrible. At 6:45pm I’m like okay what is going on I call and call with no answer finally drive up there to find that the door had a sign said “closed for party “ and was locked ! Then why are you taking online orders a not answering a phone to let someone know ! Glad I choose to pay with cash option instead of pay with card ! Absolutely ridiculous. If I would have known i would have ordered from somewhere else instead now I have to reorder food for me an my kids tonight ! When my children have school in the morning and are hungry ??♀️ this is not the 1st issues I’ve had with this place ! Another time we waited 2 hrs on delivery, when you go in no one is ever at the counter and you stand and wait around , call no answers .
