I will make the 10 mins extra drive to go to another location! I can never get anyone to answer a phone , I made an online order tonight . It took the order at 5:30pm said it be around 6:13pm(delivery ) okay not terrible. At 6:45pm I’m like okay what is going on I call and call with no answer finally drive up there to find that the door had a sign said “closed for party “ and was locked ! Then why are you taking online orders a not answering a phone to let someone know ! Glad I choose to pay with cash option instead of pay with card ! Absolutely ridiculous. If I would have known i would have ordered from somewhere else instead now I have to reorder food for me an my kids tonight ! When my children have school in the morning and are hungry ??♀️ this is not the 1st issues I’ve had with this place ! Another time we waited 2 hrs on delivery, when you go in no one is ever at the counter and you stand and wait around , call no answers .

Pizza was good but other Foxes franchises are better in my opinion. The breadsticks and sub were terrible and were thrown away essentially untouched. Plus side was we didn't spend an arm and a leg for a meal.Kid-friendliness: Nothing to keep children entertained during the wait, very few child friendly food options.

Placed an order through the online app, was given a 45 min estimate time. 1.5 hrs later I called and was told soon and they'd call me back. I had to call back 10 minutes later and was told it would be another 45 minutes. Over 2 hours for a pizza. No thanks.

Love foxes! Just wish they could get delivery into Wiley Ford and ridgeley area that would be awesome! It even be worth it if they charged a little bit more of a delivery fee for those reasons.
Their food is overpriced, and leaves MUCH to be desired. I made an order here and had it delivered oh, and they got it wrong. I was not happy, so I called them and asked them to correct it, and re-deliver, and they just delivered the exact same mistaken order a second time. It was not even edible. I do not recommend this place in the slightest. If I could give it a zero Stars I would.

We ordered pizza and wings this evening. Everything was fantastic. Alli was very nice and helpful. Will definitely be ordering again.

Very Disappointed!! We Love Foxes Pizza in Fort Ashby. But the last 2 times we have ordered the fresh doe Big Daddy. The toppings were very minimal. Tonight we ordered extra cheese along with 4 different toppings, pd $28.00 for it and part of the pizza slices did not even have cheese on them let alone the minimal toppings that we paid extra for. We get the fact that prices have gone up for the small business and their cost of supplies etc. and we realize they had to raise the prices on their menu due to supply and demand… To which we do not mind paying as long as we get that same EXTRA CHEESE, pepperoni and bacon, great pizza taste that we had before the pandemic/Biden. We did call and complain and was offered a reimbursement for our next order. So we will see if the next order will be an improvement. We will follow up and will review again at that time. Come on Foxes!! ? Shape up or Ship Out!
