Don’t try going in and ordering food multiple people working and was told 20 min wait so they could finish online orders before taking the time to even take another.

3 months ago I ordered on the app and went to pick it up via drive thru. I get home open my subs up and it looked as if there were no toppings on them. A month later, I ordered again but this time I picked x2 all toppings and guess what once again it as if I was eating slivers of lettuce, mayo and turkey. I called to complain and I was told you can return the subs and they will be made. Everyone knows around there people live 30mins away. Why the hell should I have to make another 1hour out of my way for lazy employees. And then I was told all the employees have a Standard topping amount to put on... I understand, but I requested x2 toppings where as what they gave me was less than standard amount of toppings. I'll give it one more time to see if anything changes.

I love our Moorefield Subway. They treat me like family, the food is fresh, and if there is ever a problem, they are helpful in fixing it.

We placed an online order two grilled chicken salads. When we got home the young man called to say he forgot the “extra chicken.” Not a problem, but turns out, they forgot all the chicken, and all the toppings too. We literally received two bowls of lettuce/spinach. The manager refused to refund my money unless I drove their lettuce bowls back to the store on before they closed. Their mistake, not mine, yet I have to drive 15 minutes one way to get my money back? Totally unreasonable when the mistake was made on their end, not mine.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Subs were done the way we asked. They were quick to fill our order and have us away in no time. Store was impeccably clean.

Meh. employee didn't know how to roll my wrap. However he did Apologize. I don't understand why people aren't trained to properly roll these. It's the same every Subway that I've been at. Only about three people I've ever had that could successfully roll a wrap and I could eat without losing all my toppings. ?

Seriously....how do you not have bread for subs when your name is subway? I was told the only option was some really old looking wheat bread today...the excuse was the person the night before didn't make any bread...but this was at noon....so how long does it take to make bread when you open for breakfast?

I used to work at subway. Not at this location but still, the service here was very piss poor the customer before us got sweet tea and dumped it out, same for me.... Tried to mention it kindly that the tea tastes like water and the worker was very blunt and rude. I understand if your having a bad day but the customer service really needs to be worked on.

Just had dinner at Subway in Ft Ashby. I don't drink soda so I asked for a cup for tap water. They said sure but I'll have to charge you for the cup. I said fine no problem, how much. He rang it up at $1.79 FOR AN EMPTY PAPER CUP.I don't think I'll be going back there again. And no I did not buy the cup.

I went in to get my usual meatball sub and was told I could only have a six inch and I wanted a twelve inch the two employees working said the reason was because someone didn't do prep work the one girl must have been new she was slow the other worker didn't help her and there were multiple people in line some customers walked out then the other worker finally helped when she only had two people in line just a really bad experience today and I am not one to really complain but this was ridiculous

Unfortunately can’t even go to a good subway anymore. It’s only 6:15pm and they are out of soup and cookies. Out of meatballs and act like it’s a hassle to make more. 10 out of 10 do not recommend!!
