I brought my husband here for the first time. I hadn't had DiCarlo's in 20 years. We told the people we were from out of state, so hopefully, they'd help us thru the menu which they did. Then the pizza came, and all the toppings were cold, and the cheese not melted, which caught us off guard. I asked for it to be melted, and it seemed massively inconvenient for them, but I really meant no harm. I did not remember the pizzas being prepared that way and had no idea.Otherwise, once warmed, it was very good, and we had no complaints and glad I could introduce my husband to it.

When the de Carlos brothers were alive, the pizza was so much better. Now that the daughters are running at the quality of the pizza has dropped off tremendously and I was very disappointed that the pizza was not the same. I guess they're more worried about their bottom dollar than they are the satisfaction of their customers. Go back to making out the way that the tube.The Two carlos brothers made it And then you'll truly have the best pizza in the nation.It used to be my favorite pizza all the way from kansas City to the east coast Now I might as well go to a chain. Because it's not much better.

What has always set DiCarlo's apart from other pizza is the cold (unmelted) cheese on a crisp hot crust. The pizza I got there today had melted cheese on a soggy crust. It appears they made it ahead of time and put it in a warm oven. It was terrible! I recommend that you don't use a delivery service like DoorDash which I believe is the reason they made the pizza ahead of time and ruined it.

Polite and professional staff, food was made fresh so it took 15 minutes from order to plate but was worth it.. there are eights chairs at 2 tables..
burnt crust, and had a hair in one slice, plus it was cold, that's at the wheeling location, been buying there for years and this is the first time it happened, don't think I'll be going back

I did not order this “pizza.” I did not eat this “pizza”. My wife ordered this “pizza”. My wife loves this “pizza”. With that said I have eaten pizza from this diCarlos in the past. It’s the best version of the cold cheese pizza in WV. Of course it might be the only version of it in WV.It’s not the depression or the 1979 oil crisis. You can use some fossil fuels to melt the cheese. ;)You should try this “pizza”.
