I did not order this “pizza.” I did not eat this “pizza”. My wife ordered this “pizza”. My wife loves this “pizza”. With that said I have eaten pizza from this diCarlos in the past. It’s the best version of the cold cheese pizza in WV. Of course it might be the only version of it in WV.It’s not the depression or the 1979 oil crisis. You can use some fossil fuels to melt the cheese. ;)You should try this “pizza”.
This is a classic spot and a must when you are in the area. One place I always order from no matter how long I am in town for. I love the pizza and it OSS one of the few that can be heated in your oven the next day and still have that crispy flaky crust and taste just as good as it did when it’s fresh.

I brought my husband here for the first time. I hadn't had DiCarlo's in 20 years. We told the people we were from out of state, so hopefully, they'd help us thru the menu which they did. Then the pizza came, and all the toppings were cold, and the cheese not melted, which caught us off guard. I asked for it to be melted, and it seemed massively inconvenient for them, but I really meant no harm.
