It's so different from the plastic bag food some call a pepperoni roll. And the round loaf is legendary. How it tastes so different from the other shaped loaves is a mystery- but if you have a warm slice -you'll taste for yourself. Delicious! The hard loaf is a necessity for special dinner guests. Others try to reproduce these delicacies, but none compare to a trip to Northview for the real thing.“

“Absolutely amazing selection of freshly baked goods. They also have somewhat of a store, where you can buy dried soup mixes, sauces, etc. The sandwich selection looked absolutely amazing but I got the lunch special. It was basically a loaf of their freshly baked bread topped with tons of cheese and pepperonis and their house made tomato sauce. The deal was two for $10 but they let me have just one for $5. I was having a hard time making a selection between the bread pudding and the s'mores bar, so I asked one of the nice young ladies there to help me out. She told me if I bought one she would give me the other for free, what a way to keep a customer coming back! I will be going back tomorrow for more goodies for sure! Absolutely loved this visit. “Working in a prominent auto dealership in Clarksburg, we had a tradition on Friday mornings of getting hot, fresh, just out of the oven pepperoni rolls from Tomaro's. Still really warm with a hot cup of coffee was the perfect way to start the day! Best I ever had!!“

“This Great American Cookies is inside the Meadowbrook Mall, near the food court. We stopped by on New Year's Eve, a perfect day to get that last shot of sugar-shock into your system before New Year resolutions kick in, HA! They had a promotion going of "buy 5 get 1 free" for anything in the case. We selected six items, my son going for a pizza-wedge shaped slice of cookie covered in frosting, and then five additional cookies. The cashier provided friendly, kind service. We ate some of our cookies in the food court, and they were fresh, soft, and scrumptiously sweet! My son inhaled his big cookie wedge, no complaints! My husband and I shared an oatmeal cookie and a toffee crunch cookie, both were soft and gooey-chewy. Later on I had a frosted chocolate chip cookie that was also creamy and sweet, the frosting was delicious. The B5/G1 deal made the cookies not a bad value for an indulgence splurge. If you are in the Meadowbrook Mall and could go for a quality cookie fix, you won't be disappointed at Great American Cookies.“
“Whenever we make a return trip to western PA we look for Abruzzino's Mini Pepperoni Rolls to bring back to Texas. We recently loaded up with about a dozen packages - ate some on the return trip by car and had enough to give to a bunch of hungry folks waiting down here for our delivery! Really good rolls!“
