Almost Heaven Pub and Grill

My friend and I went on the 1st of November.
We enjoyed the outdoor seating area. I got the Chicken Strips with Fries, and my friend got the Club Sandwich.

Ashley was our hostess and she was so inviting and welcoming. She made anything that I could say wasn't favorable...better. Even the cook came out to ask about our meal. They both were super! As for our meal, I ordered the shrimp basket with onion rings and slaw, everything was hot on arrival, real onions (not minced) and we're both coleslaw snobs, it was good. Hubby ordered fish and chips w/ slaw. Nothing to complain about. Would definitely visit again when in the area. Portions were comparable to prices.

Terrible service. Staff ignores you and you wait and wait and wait. Ridiculous. Never again.

Waited an hour for the food to arrive. Horrible service. Fries were stale and the crab cake was way too salty with limp lettuce. Two parties left while waiting for the server to come by.

Very chill spot and good service but the food was ok. The fries were over done and tasted like they’d been sitting out for a long time. The pretzel sticks were good and our service was fine.

We stopped here because of the name. It was not almost heaven. Several items on the menu were not available. What we did order was sub-par. Had to use a card to pay because they couldn't print a ticket. Outside tables were dirty. Skip this one and go next door to Rabbit Hole or Battleground Bakery.

Worst food I have ever eaten. They leave the condiments on the table and not refrigerated. The salt and pepper shakers were so sticky, I didn’t want to use them. I had a hamburger which had the taste of everything that had ever been fried on their griddle. I ate a few bites and couldn’t eat anymore. I have never left a restaurant worried that I would be sick later. Avoid this place. Just disgusting.

Dirty and crowded place with an hour of wait time. Not recommended.

Came in for a quick bite. Had to wait an hour and a half for a lemonade, one entre, and one appetizer. Complete waste of time.

My boyfriend and I had lunch here today we came at 1:45 and did not leave till 3. We waited forever to get seated. No workers came up to us or others waiting to be seated. When we got seated, we ordered with our drinks and it took 50 minutes for our food to come out. Our waitress, sierra, never came back to check on us, refill drinks, etc. I had to go up to the counter to ask when our food would be ready and the waitresses blew me off and were very rude to me about it. The food is not worth the $30 we spent. The BBQ Chicken sandwich had no BBQ on it and my boyfriend’s buffalo chicken wrap had no buffalo sauce on it. I once again had to get out of my seat and find a waitress to get sauce. As a tourist, I looked forward to this pub because of the name but would NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE. You will be disappointed and leave angry.

Lunch was good and staff was pleasant. Nothing exceptional! It was a little confusing setup as there was no designated greeter or person to direct you to a table. We also had to locate a waitress. Our order was taken in a reasonable time.
