Went there for the first time, was looking forward to it since there are limited places to eat at in Charles Town and the reviews. Tried using the QR code on the table and that wouldn’t work. So I used the QR code on the menu, it automatically gave us a table number not ours. Was able to talk to a food runner about it and he was helpful in making sure we got what we ordered. The burger was good but the wings nothing to talk about. While waiting for our food a runner walked...

Alstadt’s is a hidden gem! Our server Ian was great with our party of 12 and took down our entire order by memory and absolutely nailed it! Food was delicious and brought to our table quickly! Worthwhile to check out whether you spent your day on the river or not!

Visited again on 6/19/25 and they couldn't have been nicer. Service was excellent and exceptionally friendly. Food and drinks were delicious... Especially after a day on the river Really enjoyed our meal.
