I come from NoVa to get bread at this bakery! That should tell you how good it is!!! It freezes great, so I stock up when I go!! Staff is so friendly!! They’re dog friendly which is always a plus!! The bread is AMAZING and made fresh daily. Truly the best sourdough I’ve ever had!! The little desserts are also incredible! I’ve been coming here since they opened to get my sourdough fix. 10/10 ⭐️

Go there first thing and get your pepperoni rolls before they run out. Drive there by car when you arrive and avoid a heck of a walk. Yes I am old....but vibrant...just MHO.

Bolivar bakery has the very best gourmet breads, as well as yummy treats and other goodies. We especially love the Pickle Rye and sourdogh loaves. We stop by every time we are near.

Extraordinary bread and treats, and super friendly staff.
