EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS!!!

Fabulous experience and so many options! The sourdough bread - we had the pesto flavored (vegan!), the tastiest little lemon poppyseed cakes (vegan!) and the pretzel samosa (vegan!) Loved the service too!

stopped in on way out of town! the wild and wonderful sour dough bread was absolutely delicious!

Tucked back in the in historic Harper's Ferry & Bolivar, you get that nostalgic charm. The staff is amazing and super helpful. So glad I found this place for gluten free and vegan treats. The ladies are always ready to help you pick out just the right thing you need for that special meal and are very knowledgeable. Check out this quaint little bakery today.

One of the gems of this beautiful town of Harpers Ferry. A must! Sourdough chocolate chip cookies, coffee cake, and pretzel pepperoni rolls are just a few of there delicious treats. Customer service is top tier, Michelin star quality! Especially Penelope 😄. We will definitely will be back.

What an awesome place, just happened to take a ride through Harpers Ferry(drive 340 everyday) and came across this quaint bakery, breads and cookies delicious, staff warm and welcoming! Making it a weekly visit!

During a trip to Harper’s Ferry, we stopped by Bolivar Bread Bakery to grab a snack after reading some great reviews. They don’t have a bunch of vegan options, but seem to always have a vegan item on display. The baked good available that day was the apple bread, which they described as tasting “like the inside of an apple fritter.” It was delicious, and our only regret was not taking another one for the road 🍎 Their regular breads looked wonderful too!

My son and I have enjoyed going to the bakery for a few years. We really enjoy the bread and the people there. Yesterday we stopped in to grab some bread and cinnamon rolls. They were running a Veteran’ Day special for the veterans to receive a free cinnamon roll and cup of coffee. While we were in line I had heard they were out of cinnamon rolls and was a little bummed. When I got to the counter I asked if I could at least get the free cup of coffee for the veterans deal as I had heard they were out of cinnamon rolls. The lady behind the counter responded with, “We have cinnamon rolls that are set aside for any veterans who come in today.” In other words, they were putting relationship over profit. They were honoring veterans which was not a money maker when they could have sold those cinnamon rolls and made the money. Aside from the delicious bread and baked items this bakery puts out this is just another reason that we will continue to support this business.
