I come from NoVa to get bread at this bakery! That should tell you how good it is!!! It freezes great, so I stock up when I go!! Staff is so friendly!! They’re dog friendly which is always a plus!! The bread is AMAZING and made fresh daily. Truly the best sourdough I’ve ever had!! The little desserts are also incredible! I’ve been coming here since they opened to get my sourdough fix. 10/10 ⭐️
Bolivar bakery has the very best gourmet breads, as well as yummy treats and other goodies. We especially love the Pickle Rye and sourdogh loaves. We stop by every time we are near.
THE BEST BREADS AND PASTRIES! We went here both days of our stay and essentially bought one or more of everything. The breads are amazing (crusty outside, soft inside). Coconut/choc dipped macaroon, amaretti cookie, and brownies were top favs for pastries. Coffee was also top notch. Highly recommend.
