Wanted to get an expresso and asked for a glass of (tap) water. The manager insisted that I had to buy (way overpriced) bottled water and refused to give me a glass of water- *with my coffee*!!! Ridiculous and extremely customer-unfriendly. Avoid - clearly a tourist trap!!!!

We stopping for some iced lattes and a cranberry orange muffin. About an hour later I started feeling very ill. That was only the beginning. We’re on hour 5 of obvious food poisoning symptoms. They were kind and speedy when preparing our order, but little did I know, it was going to ruin my day.

The food here is fantastic—delicious, well-crafted dishes that really hit the spot. However, the high prices and the slow service can be a bit of a letdown. If you don’t mind waiting and paying up, it’s worth it for the great flavors. Just be ready for a bit of a wait and a hefty bill.

I’ve lived in the area all my life and checked this place out for the first time.
This restaurant gave the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Me and my father ordered two burgers. 1 jalapeño without tomato. and one regular, $35 all together with drinks. which is already crazy for them using frozen Pattie’s.
When our order was ready, we only received the jalapeño burger and it had tomato… I had to ASK for our second burger to be made. And once it was made The French Fries weren’t even Cooked.
The cook had put some kind of heavy seasoning on the French fries to hide the fact he don’t completely fry them.
This was the FIRST time I have ever refunded food… but the service was absolutely horrible, and so were there frozen $14 cheeseburgers. I don’t recommend anyone come to this restaurant. There are plenty of other GREAT restaurants in town.

Friendly staff. Plenty of seating inside and out. Enjoyed their latte. They also have a wide variety of pastries.
Ice cream is kinda generic, store bought stuff- not bad, not great. It's sold at a fair price so I can't complain too much.
The booths were a bit too dirty when I got there but the man responsible for cleaning them started sweeping after I had sat down.
The lady behind the counter was very nice.
All in all, it's pretty decent.

i ordered an iced latte and there were lots of coffee grains floating on the top and sinking to the bottom. the girl working remade it for me, and there were still grains. receiving a less-than-ideal latte when paying $12 for two drinks isn’t an amazing feeling.
i would recommend battlegrounds bakery and coffee over this place!

On a cold rainy day we came across this place and the prospect of a hot latte drew us inside. I wish I had looked at the reviews ahead of time before I dropped $11 on two lattes. I think it was only one shot of weak espresso because it literally had no flavor of coffee and was just hot milk. I even had to open the lid to see for myself if there was any indication of espresso in it. We wound up throwing both out after a few sips. We saw another coffee place on the next street and would have stopped there if not for the long line. Skip this place if you are looking for a decent cup.
