On a cold rainy day we came across this place and the prospect of a hot latte drew us inside. I wish I had looked at the reviews ahead of time before I dropped $11 on two lattes. I think it was only one shot of weak espresso because it literally had no flavor of coffee and was just hot milk. I even had to open the lid to see for myself if there was any indication of espresso in it. We wound up throwing both out after a few sips. We saw another coffee place on the next street and would have stopped there if not for the long line. Skip this place if you are looking for a decent cup.

My husband and I split an ice cream sundae. It was almost $10 (prices are not listed on the menu board) which I feel is a little steep for 2 scoops of ice cream and some toppings. That being said it was delicious and a perfect size for splitting!

We literally threw away $12 at this place. My husband got a coffee and I got a hot fudge sundae, and we both threw them out. We ended up going to a different coffee shop up the hill and had significantly better coffee/dessert for a better price and overall better experience.

Beautiful small store, excellent service. But coffee is just not good at all. I got cappuccino and could barely taste any coffee itself. It's coffee flavored drink .

Stopped in the Coffee Mill for lunch after a morning hike in Harper's Ferry. It was busy, but our food was ready in just a few minutes. The burgers were excellent. Will definitely eat there again the next time we visit.

The coffee was amazing! Everyone else has terrible reviews on here, but personally I thought my iced coffee was one of the best I've had all summer ?

I love this place the two ladies named teresa and lizzy make our kids so happy when we come they are so sweet and serve everyone with a smile these ladies love their jobParking: There is a parking lot across the street from here but sometimes it's full and you have to park a little further away but the walk is beautiful and the ice cream us worth the walkKid-friendliness: They are so nice the kids love to come to only this place for ice creamWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that is easily accessible for anyone who needs it

Went here for burgers at lunch. The burgers were not huge, but they were wonderful. Buns were toasted, and the black bean burger was fantastic. Fries were sprinkled with Old Bay seasoning and were perfectly fried. Had an iced mocha at a reasonable price. Saw people with sundaes - those sundaes looked good.Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. There seem to have been some older, rough reviews, and I’m glad we didn’t look at those first before trying the place.
Great place for coffee, ice cream, snacks, drinks, and lunch.

Insane prices and very slow service. Don't bother. They charge $10 (ten!) dollars for a shake they serve you in dingy styrofoam cups. They were out of all the most popular flavors by noon. Not hard to track sales to inform when to order more to accommodate demand spikes effectively. The straws they provide are too narrow for the milkshakes and made it hard to eat. The interior was cluttered and messy. Not the vibe.

It is fine. The coffee was coffee and the muffin was food. The girl at the counter seemed annoyed.Vegetarian options: Coffee shop so pretty standard fare. Can get something vegetarian if you need.Wheelchair accessibility: Had access from a main street so should be ok. One of the entrances is down stairs though.
