A cute little food truck. Every kind of ice cream sundaes, shakes possible! Shady side of road location. Very cheaply priced, and a sweet friendly ice cream batista. Will go again. Yes it's at the top of the hill!

Evelyn is generous and has wonderful ice cream (huge chunks of peanut butter and peach in the ice cream!). Not far from Harper's ferry, wineries and hiking!
