This place is a hidden gem! We have been 3 times in 1 week ?? the prices are SO reasonable and service is amazing. Highly recommend!

Had a peach milkshake and it was absolutely delicious! I plan on taking my kids here to enjoy some wonderful ice cream.
The is the best place to get ice cream, the service is great, the location is so cute & the ice cream is always so good!! I 1000% recommend!!
Everything was good. Driving from Florida and stopped off and found this gem. Evelyn was amazing! The cookies and cream milkshake was amazing!!

A cute little food truck. Every kind of ice cream sundaes, shakes possible! Shady side of road location. Very cheaply priced, and a sweet friendly ice cream batista. Will go again. Yes it's at the top of the hill!

Evelyn is generous and has wonderful ice cream (huge chunks of peanut butter and peach in the ice cream!). Not far from Harper's ferry, wineries and hiking!

Please visit Ms. Evelyn here during the 340 road closure, she is open Weds - Sun and serving ice cream!! You can get here by driving through the "local traffic only" signs posted at the WV9 and 115/Chestnut Hill Road (CoRte32) intersection and continue driving down Chestnut Hill Road. You can also get here from Charles Town Road>Hostler Road >Chestnut Hill Road. I've been here a few times now and always look forward to the next visit.The portions are large and there's SO many flavors to choose from! The menus come with gluten free allergen labels and when ordering, Evelyn uses a dry-erase checklist so every order is always correct. Evelyn has hard scoop ice cream, soft serve, Italian ice, banana splits, hot dogs and more! We've loved everything we've tried. ? you will not be disappointed!

This hidden gem is very close to the KOA @ Harpers Ferry! They had a great selection of ice cream/sundaes/etc.
This place is so good!!! So many choices! Reasonable prices. The “Italian ice” is delicious!!!!
I’d give 10 stars if i could. Owner is so sweet and ice cream is AMAZING! Daily staple on hot summer days :-)
