We wanted to love this when we got the street corn and pork belly tacos. Literally the container was filled with so much liquid and grease within 2 minutes our tray and tortillas were dissolved and not able to eat. Literally the only thing on it was a couple table spoons of meat. We got a 5$ or 6$ street corn salad and it was good probably 5 or bites a bit pricey.

The food is amazing! The truck came to an event at Summit Point Motorsports Park, and I came back for more and the truck was driving away! ???…. Such a sad day for my tummy!

Located at the MCC every Tuesday and Friday, usually from 4pm to 7pm. My go-to are the Nachos con Carne. Chips are made fresh, the queso tastes amazing, and the carne is always delicious! It’s a great portion and fills me up every time.

We finally had a chance to get lunch from Tacos Mixto. Everything we tried was delicious! The carnitas tacos are my favorite thing so far but I can't wait to try everything on the menu. The jalapeno beef tacos are fantastic. The chorizo and bean soup (vegan) is great. The Diablo chicken quesadilla is the perfect balance of heat and flavor. What a wonderful addition to our community!
