Teresa B was great! The last time we were here we had Ashley and she was great too! Both these ladies have a great personality and very tentative to their customers! We hadn’t been here in years because service and food quality was down but great improvement!

Our server is wonderful we always ask for her. But the lady that seats is us. Her name is Karen and she never wants to seat us with who we want, she tells us there are other servers we don't have to have the same one this isn't the first time it's happened But I'm tired of it.

The server put in wrong order to start with. My husband order a steak medium rare ,it came out well done. The server knew it wasn't right and did nothing , I ordered a bourbon steak I got a bourbon street chicken. When I said medium she should have known I wasn't talking about chicken. So I had to wait for my order to be remade . I ordered it medium it was medium well at best. No manager in site. The server basically told us it was out of her hands. U would think when I ask for a box that my dog would be happy. She would have gotten a manager. Applebees use to be one one my favorite places. It will be a long time before I try it again

I think the food was good. The best thing about my visit was the customer service. Extremely helpful, smiling and friendly service. In todays world of dining out, you don't always receive great customer service. But, in this case it was superb. Well done staff.

Went in last night with some friends. The staff was polite and quickly obtained our order. Unfortunately, the wrong food arrived and only part of what we ordered. Hasn’t been the same since PJ left.
