It's at least a 40 minute wait for all to go orders. Without fail. And the funniest part is I've applied here multiple times to be a to-go person and I've been denied each time. Clearly they could use the help.

If I could give zero stars I would. Never order the chicken broccoli Alfredo, it is trash. No sauce, just a lump of noodles coated with a little bit of oil and 3 very dry strips of chicken with a teeny tiny bit of sauce on them. Had to go track down the waitress for a cup of sauce because it was so dry, and she charged us $2 for it. Poured it on and found out quickly that it was lumpy cheese sauce. Salmon had no seasoning at all on it and was dry. Worst meal we have had in a long time. Waitress ran away as fast as she could when she sat it down and could not get her to come to the table. Didn't get a refill until the very end. Asked to speak to manager and she said there wasn't one there lol. Needless to say she did not get a tip. It is hard to justify spending $50 to eat out anymore and this was a huge waste of money.

Order was wrong and hardly any service waiting almost 40 mins to get someone to take my order then brought me someone's else food and apologized but had to reorder again then on my bill I was charged for it twice not a place I ever recommend to go eat
Here for 40 minutes with 22 open tables and booths. Not offered a seat at a table while we wait, they said large take out order which understand but we still could be seated. After 45 minutes we debated leaving and someone dining there left and said run lol so we left!

I placed an order online and got a call about 20 mins later saying they no longer served Wonton Tacos, then a manager told me they’d have to rerun my card to give me a refund on the no longer sold item…. Then they told me they could actually make them it was just that they didn’t have the shells made. I hate that they lied to me and then made us wait an additional 15-20 mins on our food after the estimated time it was done.

Handled a large party that we brought in with class. Hostess and manager were very good. Food was kind of cold but I’m sure it’s difficult to try to serve 20 people at the same time! Overall a very good experience
My future wife and I got to have a nice dinner just the 2 of us. Thanks too 2 kind hearted fellow veterans who gave myself and fiance a gift card here. Thanks Gaylord and Preston we both value and appreciate the both of you and our friendship we have develop.

me and family went here to eat and it took 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come to the entrance and sit people down. after we got sat down and we ordered it took about an hour for them to even tell us our food was done cooking then another 20 minutes to bring the food out. a burger we got looked undercooked and the cheese was halfway off the burger but the waitress and the person at the front were very nice and the drinks were good

On an extremely busy Veterans Day I observed the entire Applebee's crew hustling hard and taking care of all diners equally. As a Veteran I enjoyed a free meal of sirloin steak, cooked to perfection, garlic mashed potatoes, and seasoned broccoli. I didn't need to add anything to my meal. It was incredibly delicious. Hats off to the entire crew!
