Very good, thick ice cream at a really cool location! This whole complex opened during late high school for me, and I was really happy to see on a visit that it's retained its character and unique collection of vendors. My family loves their ice cream, but I'm not a huge ice cream person, so I got the cinnamon milkshake. It was cinnamon vanilla ice cream blended with cinnamon toast crunch. It was a tiny bit too sweet for my taste, but still very good! I just had to save some for later, but no complaints about having leftovers! This is a little bit why I subtract a star, but mainly because the girl at the register was kind of rude when I didn't hear what she said the first time. Other than that, the service was great and it's a nice little place to stop by near Pullman!

Ordered a medium chocolate shake and it tastes like they used soft serve. If I wanted to pay 6.50 for a huge cup of soft serve I would have ordered that. Huge disappointment

I like that they have super man ice cream. One time I went to basketball camp at the CAM Center at Marshall over the summer and I got super man ice cream at Harless cafe. I'm glad I can find super man ice cream at Austins.
Austin's has amazing ice cream every single time!! Love their pumpkin flavors in the fall!

Excellent sherbet! This addition to the Market in downtown Huntington is great! They have homemade ice cream and mostly to go service. There are tables in the market that all the restaurants share. I liked my raspberry sherbet and the people are such kind servers. Parking is in the lots downtown so I parked and walked.

We have visited this location quite a few times because it is close to us.The ice cream and flavors are good and the wait time is good, but I am sorry, the staff is just not friendly at all. It is the same every time.Everyone says to visit the Kenova location, so we are going to that one from now on.

My husband had the grape pineapple ice cream and won’t stop talking about how delicious it was and he’s not really an ice cream fan. I can’t pass up homemade ice cream…did not disappoint! The young ladies were very sweet, and funny! Highly recommend!
