Very poor service. Placed digital order. Called when I arrived. Dude answered Kinetic Park then corrected himself. I told him who i was, type of car & where I was parked. Then waited 15 minutes before giving up & going in. My order was just sitting there on the counter. They weren’t even busy! I told the girl i was VERY unhappy.
Repeatedly can’t get a simple order correct. No cheese. This happens weekly.
I eat pot roast everytime I eat here. My entire serving was nothing but fat 🤮it was utterly disgusting. When the waitress asked why I didn’t eat it, I told her and they brought another one! This one was covered in onions, after I was specific on not having onions on it 😪 so all in all, very disappointing meal.
