Was in your establishment it was 10 minutes before any acknowledgement that anyone was standing there, there was about 6 people waiting. Once we were seated, we sat for 15 minutes and still NO server came to ask what we would like to drink or anything so we left. VERY DISAPPOINTING. as we were leaving there were several tables that were still waiting to either get food or to he waited on, again..... VERY DISAPPOINTING..

Nice not busy got servers and staff... Bob Evans should bring back some of the meals that made them famous, like spaghetti, baked steak, potato crusted flounder ... but otherwise this Bob Evans is fine and a good little location at end of town in Huntington

I love the 3rd Avenue Bob Evan’s! I go there every week to enjoy a wonderful country style breakfast. There are so many good choices—almost too many! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The service is great! Erica is my favorite server. She welcomes me “home” with such warmth that I feel part of the family. And I should mention that lunch and dinner are great meals too. Stop in and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. “Down on the farm” is the place to be!

Upon arrival I thought I might have made a mistake, place looked a little dead. However, my service was stellar! This was around a few weeks ago, I met a wonderful little girl with beautiful curly hair and her energy was amazing! I loved her and my food was perfect!

I am writing this review to bring a serious customer service issue to the attention of upper management. As a DoorDash driver, I picked up an order on Sunday, March 16, 2025, at around 10 AM for a pregnant customer who had ordered breakfast with a Pepsi.

Upon picking up the order, I noticed the drink was missing. I asked the employee—a young Caucasian female with blonde hair—about it, and she assured me that the drink was “in the bag.” Trusting her response, I proceeded with the delivery.

When I arrived, the customer checked the bag, and as I feared, the drink was not there. She looked disappointed—understandably so, given that she was pregnant and had likely been looking forward to her complete order. Wanting to ensure she received what she paid for, I voluntarily returned to Bob Evans to retrieve the drink.

When I informed the same employee that the drink had been left out, another employee pointed to the drink carrier and said, “It is over there.” The first employee, who had previously assured me the drink was in the bag, simply handed it to me without an apology, acknowledgment of the mistake, or even a simple thank you.

As a delivery driver, I did not receive any additional compensation for making a second trip. I did it because it was the right thing to do. But what disappoints me most is the lack of responsibility from Bob Evans staff. Mistakes happen—it’s how they are handled that defines a business’s commitment to customer service. In this case, there was zero accountability.

I hope that Bob Evans management will take this feedback seriously and provide better training to employees on attention to detail and basic courtesy. Customers—and the drivers ensuring they get their orders—deserve better

My daughter wanted the loaded fries with her meal. They forgot them and the waitress said oh I never read my notes. Then when they are brought to the table it is fries with unmelted cheese on top.
