If I could give it zero I would. When we asked our waitress “how’s it going” and she responded with “well I’m here” and rolled her eyes we already knew how it was going to go. Food was fine but the service was HORRIBLE. Our waitress didn’t want to be bothered with us and we had to get the other waitresses to get us what we needed twice. We placed a to go order and waited another 30 min before we got it. We spent 2 hrs in there !!! She made it very clear she didn’t want to be there and put no effort into her customers. All the other waitresses were doing their job and serving their customers. Normally we have good service but today was not that day.

I had a mobile order, and the app didn't send me a notification, so when the manager told me it wasn't in her system, I had to show my bank account where it showed the store number. I ordered blueberry hotcakes and a loaf of banana nut bread. Not only did I not get any toppings for my pancakes, but I didn't get the side of bacon I ordered, and to top it of I didn't get a loaf of banana bead, only 2 slices. DO NOT USE THE APP, YOU WILL NOT GET THE FOOD YOU PAID FOR.

The place was almost empty, like 2 other tables. It took them an hour to get our food for 7. There were tables that were full of dishes and uneaten food, which in the 2 hours we were there, were never cleaned. I had to go find the waitress to get our silverware because she never bothered to bring it with our meal. Not only did it take an hour to get our food, but half of us was served while the rest of us waited another ten minutes for our food.The service was dreadful. I'll never go there again!!

Came to this location for the first time and will not be going back. Came for breakfast, we were immediately sat by a lady who spoke no words and had an attitude, our waitress started out nice and then it went downhill. We not only waited over an hour for food, but when we got our food things were missing, wasn't asked if we wanted syrup, butter, or anything. When she finally came back to the table we asked for things we were missing and she was very rude about it, slamming the items down and still forgot things. Finally just asked for a box and check because at this point it was going on 2 hours. When we checked out, the same lady who sat us spoke no words and just acted like she hated her job.

Cook doesn’t know how to listen. I want no gravy no dressing on my mashed potatoes or turkey. He put gravy on it 3 times to the point where he ran out of turkey. It took 30 minutes for my food and my boyfriend was already done eating while I waiting for my food. My boyfriends burger was good at

I called in an order to pick up I expressed I had ordered a sunshine skillet from here last week that had next to no gravy. They gave me plenty of gravy this go round but unfortunately the potatoes were under cooked and I missed having the cheddar cheese.

Order food for delivery, set time 4:30p.m. arrival. Why does the door dash employee pick up my food at 4:03p.m. and then delivers it at 4:30p.m. Food was ice cold, asked for butter for the cold hard rolls, and no butter. But thank you for the jelly. Asked for extra chicken gravy for mashed potatoes, and no shock there because I received no gravy at all. My soup was cold, but my dessert was nice and melted. You guys killed it today, says nobody. What a sad failure and disappointment. Refund please and ty.

Food wasn't very good. A lot of fatty meat. Had a table of 16 people. Only one waitress. And we were pretty much the only ones there. Majority of the staff hanging out. Going into the bathroom together. One waitress was nice. Everything else was horrible. Won't be dinning in again.
