Ate there yesterday 3/10/25. Ordered full meal Turkey . My Turkey was 4 very small peices, paper thin . Pieces size was maybe 4 inches long and 2 inches wide. Noting like in picture. Carrots not done. Wife’s mashed potatoes were actually cold. No more. Won’t be back

Seriously my life savers in this terrible Flu outbreak. I doordashed myself some soup, and I requested a side of lemons bc I physically cannot go to the store right now due to being sick, and they left a container with more than enough and a kind message! Thank you!!

I had ordered 3 meals for a curbside pick up order. When I arrived and received my food, everything in the ticket was right so I didn't bother looking in the bag. I've never had an issue with Bob Evans before at this location. I live 30 mins from this location and when I got home, one whole meal was missing! I was so upset. I hadn't eaten anything all day and was looking forward to this meal. But at least my kid and husband got eat. And yes, both of them offered to give me their food but I didn't like what they had. And my husband was gonna drive all thar way in 10 inches of snow to get it and I wouldn't let him. So I'm getting a refund.

We always enjoy Bob Evans for a home style meal. Every location has about the same seasonal items so we know what to expect even on a trip. We miss the later dinner hours but on the other hand the early breakfasts are a plus.
I am editing my review this restaurant has went downhill extremely bad, the food has been horrible just about everytime I come here and it's "never hot" it's "warm, if not cold". The cooks are horrible about putting good food out. I got a sandwich with rotten decomposed lettuce. Is this what you really want to serve your customer's because they won't be coming back!

Not sure what it was but the delivery driver was extremely dirty. Hands were visibly brown and black with dirt and dirt under nails. The food smelled like cigarettes so bad I just threw it all away. Will never order delivery from them again.

Always love our Bob Evans. Service was impeccable and everyone was so friendly. We enjoyed the turkey dinner this visit. Was not disappointed.
This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I am traveling through and decided to stop to get a bit to eat I got seated quickly but had to wait over 20 minutes before I could even get a glass of water. Finally when I did the waitress sighed loudly like I was annoying her with my order. Got a bowl of chili and it was cold wasn’t even warm. The biscuits were fresh but that was the saddest bowl of chili I have ever had. I would recommend you go another restaurant in downtown or even the restaurant beside it. Do not eat here just pass it on up. The staff just like to talk and not even serve customers in a timely manner.
