Saw the video of the sausage that someone bit off from and told the waitress it didn't look fully cooked, brought her plate back and realized that it was the same one she bit off of. This is a health code violation. Cross contamination and food borne illnesses comes from. Shame on you and your staff! Bob Evans this is why you don't have hardly any customers in your restaurant. I was treated horribly by your staff at the 3rd Avenue location and the food was awful, staff didn't check on me, waiter was trying to argue with me with the manager saying that I had just sat down, but I had finished my drink and couldn't finish my food because of the nastiness and rolls hard as a brick, butter frozen, cranberry sauce frozen, Turkey full of grisly fat. If this is how you prepare food inside your restaurants, I'd hate to see what goes on at the Farm. I'll never buy anything Bob Evans related again

Normally, everything is good here, albeit slow. Restaurant did not seem busy at all. I'd placed my order online hoping to avoid chaos. Imagine my surprise to a seemingly slow restaurant, no greeting, and my food sitting there. I'll think twice next time.

Extremely disappointed is an understatement ...not only in service but quality of food. Ordered family meal to go and mostly went in trash. Rolls were stale and tough, pot roast more fat than meat, only given few carrots.

Food was not good today---so disappointing. We have eaten there before when it was amazing. Also did not like the menu changes. My husband's dish was 2 small chicken breasts, a small helping if corn and a biscuit. Where were the potatoes??????🥺 The tomatoes in my salad were so unripe it changed the taste of the salad ---I could not finish it! Sorry, but your kitchen staff needs to step it up.

After ordering we waited 25 mins before they came and told us they had to make fresh noodle soup for the one entre. Then waited another 15 for all the food and it was only like warm. No discount offered only apologies.

I wouldn't know about the food here. Was seated & waited over 30 minutes & never got my food. Couldn't wait any longer because I had a plane to catch. So, if you want any kind of service without waiting an hour I suggest go somewhere else
