The service here has been awful for years, and only continues to get worse and worse. Even when they aren’t busy, you wait an absolute disgraceful amount of time, nothing is every done right, and you’d think for the amount you wait, you’d have fresh food, but it absolutely is the farthest from fresh. It continues to get worse and worse, and the people working, whether you’re inside or out, have the worst professionalism, horrible language and conversations, takes their time just goofing off and talking before getting anything done. Fries are either hard, or just soggy and cold and never just fries, always onions rings mixed in that are overcooked, and if you get onion rings, expect fried mixed in with them. Burger patties are always extremely dry, they use a “hopper” to make things seem hot and fresh and to melt cheese, but the patties are old and sit for way more than I’m sure the allotted time calls for, anything deep fried sits for a long time, never is fresh. Worst experience ordering their churros, they was hard and old and not even warm, and every other location they come with chocolate sauce, they state at this location they don’t. So overpriced and this location is absolutely not worth it even if they gave you half off because it’s still expensive and gross for what they serve. The one on the west end isn’t the best, but if you have got to have Burger King, it’s worth going down that way or Kenova instead of coming to this location, or just pick somewhere else to get food.

Absolutely foul experience. Management needs to be fired because this Burger King has been far too terrible for far too long. Wait times are terrible. The food is always less than par. The burger I got today was so disgusting I threw it in the snow. It’s not just the weather- I only go to this location out of desperation. Like how can a location in a prime spot be allowed to be ran this poorly. Staff is also incredibly rude. Will not be returning.

The dude working the register turned around and was putting French toast sticks in the paper containers. No gloves! He used tongs but that is too many germs too close to the food. Made me lose my appetite. Just nasty!

Apparently this location doesn't care about employees personally hygiene. The state that one of the employees arrived in and clocked it was atrocious...this is unacceptable in a restaurant, but that didn't seem to matter much here.

French fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease or they've just been sitting around a long time. We have visited MANY burger kings. NEVER had food this bad.

Stopped in for some quick drive thru after a long road trip. Ordered 4 meals. Got the food and realized one burger was missing. Went back in to claim the missing burger only to have the little blonde girl up front repeatedly tell everybody " I know I put that burger in the bag." I stayed silent for a minute after the 5th time of this girl calling my liar I told her " Hey no worries must be at the end of a long shift right?" Again she exclaimed "I put that burger in the bag and he's saying I didn't" Then after waiting 5 minutes for them to make the sandwich they forgot she walks over and shoved the burger down in my bag and says " here even though I already put it in there the first time" I said " you actually didn't and that's ok" I even offered to pay for the sandwich again if she was so sure about it. Obviously they didn't charge me again because she was dead wrong.
Don't get me started on the fact that nobody was wearing food prep gloves while making sandwiches and loading bags for the drive thru and the fact that the little blonde girl was eating fried directly out of the fry station with her bare hands. Terrible attitudes make terrible establishments.
