The atmosphere is great. You can eat upstairs, downstairs, and outside. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The wait staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. You can have a small/medium get together and it's free. Just order a meal and/or drinks, which you were going to do anyway.

Absolutely amazing food!!! We had Brycen as a waiter and he is so friendly! I definitely recommend asking for him. The chicken Parmesan is sooooo delicious!!! The side salad is big and really good !

Food was okay. App was the best part. BBQ nachos were good. Meal was not as good. Carpet going upstairs was sticky and looked like it had never been cleaned. Smell was also unpleasant walking up the stairs. Could be due to the saturated carpet.

I just had a great experience here, I ate here with my wife on november 16th. Our server, Bram (like Bram stokers Dracula he says) was a big part of that. He had a fun and quirky sense of humor that kept us entertained throughout the wait for our meal. It was kind of expected with the large crowd though. They had a line out the door. When he recommended the pizza, I wasn’t sure if he was serious because this is a southwest restaurant, but he was spot on! It was fantastic. Bram honestly made the meal even better with his great service and excellent recommendation. We will definitely be back!

I've been calling for 45 minutes straight there's no way that phone is consistently busy the bartender needs to put the phone back on the receiver they do this s*** all the time when they get busy
Horrible customer and bar service. Your workers have set their own policies that I know the owner does not agree with. Worker today kept me on the phone for over the time to tell me to prepay for food or come in but grill closes @11 …. It was 10:40 when I made the call to place a 36 dollar to go order for one order of wings and two bacon cheese fries apps and one crazy horse fries. A meal if you go in and order is supposedly 19.50. Disgusting…..
The phone call was made at 10:44pm. This is and will be the last time I eat here. You have high employees and uncontrollable bar attendants. I’ve spent over 5k or more since 2017 eating here regularly and included this as apart of ours family food plan every two weeks. This is sad and I hate to say once the owner lost workers to Smoking J’s in Ashland, this place has went down hill. Dissatisfied customer and community member.

Called in a to-go order. I immediately try to call back within minutes and make an addition to my order. 35 minutes of busy signal and no response. I show up in person… they have no order under my name. I inform them about the phone issue I encountered. Shoulder shrugs and “I don’t know” from every staff member, including manager. I have had progressively worse service at this restaurant for the past 2 years(2022-2024). Now it has come to a point where I feel I should make a Google post. Cautiously proceed to this restaurant and stifle expectations. They used to be good… to any owner or manager who wants to reach out, please do!!

Love the food and usually the atmosphere, tonight was a 0/10. Never in my life have I felt so rushed and forced to leave by both staff and other patrons for a party. Staff shouldn’t have sat an entire family in a “reserved” area just to rush their food and get their order wrong.

Food is always fantastic with dine-in, however ANYTIME I call past 7:30pm, no matter the day, I get several rings and a loud beeping sound, no matter how many times I call. Also tried multiple phones and wound up with the same result. I will wait 10-15 minutes between calls some nights, other nights I just keep calling and get no answer, went in tonight and the bar tender (who was very nice) told me it should be fine and that she JUST took a to-go phone order. I called the line in front of her, it rang and she answered to make sure it wasn’t our phones, this means that it’s just not being answered. I wouldn’t leave a review unless it was very frequent that I get this result. I would gladly accept an answer follow by “could you hold for a moment”, rather than a blatant ignorance… Poor customer service+Great food=Poor overall customer experience…
