Absolutely disappointed. In the past two months alone i have made FOUR complaints thats once every other week. Tonight again i went to get my big double tray CHEDDAR STYLE with NO MAYO. chicken wrap no sauce and hush puppies. I’ve gotten the same thing since 2015 when they opened til now in 2025. It’s just now gotten really bad. I have not once asked for a refund just that you get the order right the FIRST TIME. For god sake the last time y’all put some kinda hotdog sauce on my burger this time it’s everything no mayo. what is wrong with y’all. if you’re not sure what the customer is saying REPEAT THE ORDER. i’ve not once had my order repeated to me. This place is pathetic after ten years of loyalty. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. y’all messed up for the 5th and last time.

I went for the first time today in 10+ years and I remember why I stopped coming. Food is cheap but that’s because you don’t get a whole lot. The hamburger patty was extremely small and the bun was hard as a rock, the chicken on the wrap is basically a nugget and you get around 10 itty bitty cheese bites and 5 onion rings. The food tasted good (except the burger bun) but there wasn’t a lot. The guy at the register was sweet and the unsweet tea was really good thankfully

Walk in order..front counter was training new hire middle of lunch rush. Took quite a long time to get my order and my coworkers order taken. Took the food back to work and realized my order was not correct. Ate it anyways. Usually this location is really good today was a bit lack luster.

I went here around 25 min before closing., I sat by the speaker for several min ,had to drive up to the window and tap on it. Where several employees just hanging out, whrn I tried to give them my order thwy said they already counted the drawer and closed early. Not ok.

Food is good. The people there are nice. No issue with attitude/friendliness. However there seems to be an issue with properly fulfilling orders. Got take out on a previous visit. My sides were suppose to be fries & onion rings. Got home to find my order of onion rings was four rings & no fries. Called # & got a coupon for a free tray meal. Went for dine in, used that coupon & ordered an additional tray plus clearly order two sides of cheese. Got food & went to table & found the sides of cheese weren't there. Went back to counter for them. Of which I was then charged for after my order for second straight visit was incorrect. Luckily I dined in this time.
