I really wished they could take the orders correctly then make the orders correctly.. I always order the Big Double Cheeseburger Tray with bacon, cheese, pickles and onion only with a Dr Pepper[Mr Pib] no ice.. I get home and my burger has mustard, lettuce, 1 pickle and no onion.. blah.. onions make the burger the best, my French fries was good with the Cajun seasoning but my Dr Pepper[Mr Pib] had ice in it which I asked for no ice. Really disappointed cause it's getting worse all the time.. may just stop visiting! Js

3/27 - in drive thru, told to with a lot of attitude "slow down and speak clear. I promise you it's not my speaker". Left. Never again. Made a corporate complaint. Save your effort on the copy and paste generic response. Nothing will change. Retraining doesn't fix a attitude like that.
Good food here. Customer service is usually top notch here. The prices are raised on their items on a regular basis in comparison to other places.

The burgers are all the same, Jr burger and big double are the same patties. Only difference is you get 1 patty or two. Food is delicious and the cashier is the sweetest girl I've ever met I think. Very clean and nice atmosphere.Parking: They have 2 drive-thru lanes for quicker serviceWheelchair accessibility: They have 2 wheel chair ramps

Kid-friendliness: My son has autism and the grill marks on the hot dog bother him. So they lightly cooked it and he was so happy he no has us going to cook out every chance he gets
