Last night, I had the Crisppi's BBQ Combo, and it was amazing! The BBQ sauce was spot-on, and the chicken was delightfully crispy. The delivery went well and quickly.

The food sucking has nothing to do with race. The concept of Crisppi’s is great, nothing wrong with what you want to sell, it’s the quality and price that kills it. It’s subpar food, nothing worth trying twice. The fact you want to blame the community over poor management, subpar food, an awful attitude towards costumers, and play the race game against them speaks volumes. Frankly, it’s disgusting to even imply that we’d push your company out because of your race. It’s an awful mindset and it’s hurtful to us, don’t generalize Huntington or West Virginia as a racist place just because your food sucks.
Edit: Blocked on Facebook for speaking the truth. You fired most of the people who helped you open the store because they were “lazy and unwilling to work” which for a whole crew is hard to believe. Your manager on social media is a clown who likes to stir the pot more and more instead of settling his issues in person. Pretty brave to hide behind a screen and block those who call you out ? How about those prices? What incentive do I have to go here and spend $12 on chicken and waffles when I can get a whole bucket of chicken from KFC that has more flavor. Answer: there is none. No doubt Crisppi’s will be gone by the end of 2024 just like every other restaurant on that corner, maybe Randy Mose should get his employees in line before the community rips them another one. No love or respect for the community, the feeling is returned. Unlike better, black owned restaurants in Huntington that love the community and strive, Crisppi’s is just a hateful place all around. If you want good food with decent people running it, go anywhere besides Crisppi’s, there’s plenty more black owned restaurants that are way more worth it than this circus show of a “restaurant”.
Edit 2: Welp, it’s closed now. Been shuttered for two days without any signs hanging up. Imagine that, being prejudice towards the locals by assuming they’re all racist kills off traffic and business on top of being in a spot infamous for having new restaurants at least once or twice a year. This isn’t Randy’s fault, this is on the people hired for the company, the people who are supposed represent him in his hometown. This place could’ve been so much more had it not had so much weight on its shoulders between the staff and the location of choice. Huntington wants and needs new business, this was a prime example how NOT to go about it.

Quit on employees and community with zero notice.
Opens a location and then does not listen to feedback from the community. Makes comments about the community being racist and blaming the community for the location failing
I had the Banana Cream Chicken & Waffles from this place, and it was delicious! The chicken had the perfect amount of crunch, and the waffles were fluffy. I used DoorDash to pick it up, and the process went smoothly.

I chose to sample the Crispy Tenders Combo, and I was really happy with it! The seasoning had exactly the correct amount of taste, and the chicken had been cooked to perfection. Fresh fries and a well-balanced drink completed the meal.

The BBQ combo has a great smokey flavor. A popular dish was Crisppi's Chicken & Waffles with Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The crunchy nuggets and juicy chicken tenders were excellent. The Sweet Thai Combos and Honey Buff Bacon Ranch were delicious. Tasteful Honey Mustard Combo and quick delivery!

I really enjoyed the Sweet Tai Chili Chicken Sandwich. Honestly, it might be my favorite chicken sandwich. Crispy and still juicy. I liked the special sauce and combo of other condiments. The staff was helpful and the service was fast. The fries were just ok, but dipping them in the special sauce provided the needed boost in flavor. If there was a Crisppi's in my hometown, I would be a regular.
