Truly disappointed and disgusted… drive thru service was terrible we got to the window. No “Hi how are you” Laughing and giggling. No “Thank you have a great day”. This absolutely angered me! They handed us our food and we were not even sure we had got everything because as soon as we were handed our food she had closed the window… Thee employees were staring at us and giggling at us instead of making sure they give their kind customers proper service. I’ve spent a great deal amout of money at this location usually mobile. The drive thru experience I had today extremely angered me and disappointed me as a service worker…

was very well pleased that this location had ice cream cakes stocked in the freezer. I payed $28.99 plus tax and I will be back

It is a very nice place to eat in or out. The food is great and so is the service.

Went in to pick up a cake for my daughter. Staff were friendly, cake looked very nice, and the restaurant was clean.

We had such an unusual experience. 5/6/24 in the evening time- we went inside to order. The young lady helping make orders was licking food off her fingers at the register prior to making our food. We asked if she would wash her hands before making our food. She did, but then proceeded to palm a brownie and stuff it in the cup with her fingers. When we, in shock, asked if that really just happened the manager on duty told us, "we wash our hands frequently." I stated you should wear gloves or use utensils when having direct contact with food. We asked for and received a refund. These are young and untrained children working, please train them appropriately on food handling.

This is the 2nd time in 6 weeks that I have brought my wife and sons to sit down at your restaurant and the 2nd time that the dining room was closed. Please try to have your dining room open. It said closed from 5pm until 7:30pn at 6:05pm on Sunday. I hope the owner sees this as I saw two other customers leave.

I ordered dinner for my family from this location 3/11/24 (today) at around 8:30pm.My wife ordered a chili cheese dog.She bit into the dog and chewed a few times before realizing it was sour, and was able to spit most of it out.Upon examining the hot dog, it has a slight iridescent green hue to it, along with spotted and steaking discoloration, the most noted discoloration was a really "off" red hue.When she called and asked to speak with the manager, the manager was heard to be yelling across the room at some poor teenager and refused to speak on the phone.The pictures of this thing doesn't do it justice .. it looks a fair bit greener, and has an odor to it.This experiece has put me off wanting to eat at Dairy Queen.I am going to report this to the health department.Speaking of inspections, if after reading this review you still choose to eat at dairy queen, at least inspect your food before taking a bite!
