Like others have stated they are just rude to be rude. Went there today and no other customers there but when the drive thru employee took my order it was the biggest inconvenience of his life. Literally huffing and puffing the whole time and all I ordered was 1 donut. I get having bad days but if your that unhappy with your job then just leave. The donut was actually good but with the experience I'll avoid this place going fwd.

So I used to regularly visit and get from the barboursville location but here the environment even during lunch rush is peaceful and quiet. Very professional. The most important part is they have everything on the menu available and take feedback from issues politely and try to ensure it doesn't happen again.Kid-friendliness: Kid came in it was her birthday today they were very generous and kid to the kid.

Service could been a bit better. We ordered croissants with cream cheese but they didn’t want to add it. We had to do it ourselves.

I’m not sure if these ever get looked at, but I wanna give a shout out to christina(pretty sure that’s her name) she knows my order, and is always so sweet!! She’s the reason I come there in the morning!

Ordered two frozen drinks and found a peice of broken glass or plastic in my drink! When I called and told them what happened they called me a liar. Been here before no problem but now I see how they treat people who have concerns about their drinks. Beware and stay safe!

The employees here are very rude and talk about customers in the drive thru in front of dine in customers. It don't matter how polite, nice and cheerful you are they will never say thank you or have a nice day nothing at all!!! They are just rude!! I go there all the time and there is only a dark haired lady on day shift that is very nice!! The rest of the employees are just rude!!!

Editing my first review. I came back through hoping maybe this place would've improved. I asked for a large iced hazelnut coffee with 3 sugars and light ice and the lady over the speaker got an attitude for pretty much no reason and said in a condescending voice "um, that's not sweetened, you know that, right? Just making sure you know." I told her I understood (obviously; that is why I ordered the extra sugars. I'm not dumb). Once I paid for my coffee, I received a medium instead of a large and it was nowhere near light ice. But I didn't feel like arguing with that lady since her attitude was so bad. Also, the coffee tasted horrendous. Ended up throwing it away.Screw this place. Customer service is severely lacking and nobody knows how to make a decent cup of coffee. Do better, Dunkin!

Today, I asked for a Hot Chai Latte made with almond milk. When she asked if I wanted it Iced, I said hot please, the girl at the register came back with an attitude saying " You can't steam almond milk", I said -"its weird because Starbucks always does it" - she came back with "This isn't Starbucks" in the rudest way and I said clearly- and drove off- BTW you can steam almond milk- google it :)So basically if you want to be treated like your stupid- please go to this location, but on the off chance that you don't want to be treated like you're stupid- CHOOSE ELSEWHERE.

Over the top good service. Absolutely the best donut and coffee. Paid almost 8 bucks for one donut and a half regular/half decaf coffee. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit unless I win the Powerball.

Had to amend my first review. Went back and the food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a medium iced pumpkin spice latte which had zero flavor. I felt like I was just drinking iced milk. I ordered an egg and cheese Crossent which was by far the worst tasting thing. After one bite, I felt like I was going to throw up. (Oh and the sandwich was ice cold and the cheese wasn't even melted). I also ordered two orders or tater tots which were so gross. I can't even begin to describe how mad I was. I spend close to 20$, for nothing.Besides the workers don't even know what they are doing. They don't know how to make the coffee and what's the point of them even putting your order on the screen because they don't even follow it. This by far was the worst experience in life. You definitely won't catch me spending one cent at this place again. It's sad but it sucked.
