It's a Fazoli's. The staff was responsive and timely, but definitely could tell they were just itching to leave. The food was good, not great. You can also tell it's slowly going downhill. I wouldn't be surprised if it's out of business in the next 3 years.

i really appreciate getting good customer service at the drive thru. having positive energy is hard to come by nowadays. makes me happy to see not everyone hates working for fast food. the girl at the window asked me about my day and that’s all it takes to change somebody’s mood. also good food done very quickly. highly recommend!

The food is ..just ok but you get what you pay for. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the restaurant smells a little funky near the soda fountain.
The chicken alfredo premium entree was between a 6 and a 7 I did enjoy the cheesecake

Had a $60 dollar to go order. Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, 2 Lasagnas, chicken bacon ranch salad, drinks and cheesecake. When we got home they forgot 2 of our diners, it was way too late to go back and get them and the weather was bad, manger told us to come back in whenever for a comp. Went back a few days later to get the comp l, plus ordered two more meals. Again they forgot a meal. Luckily I hadn’t left the parking lot. When I went back in to get them the girl was extremely rude and acted like it was our fault. ( add on ) also no ranch for our chicken bacon ranch salad.😡😡😡😡 and I called back to get the salad comped but I guess them forgetting the ranch on a chicken bacon RANCH salad doesn’t qualify for a comp.
