Came in December 28, 2025 around 5:50 PM. There were no other customers. The older gentleman working up front (longer hair) shook his head as we walked in and looked visibly annoyed that we came in. The vibe was so unwelcoming that we turned around and walked back out without ordering. I’ve seen similar comments in other reviews, so I hope management addresses it.

The place was very busy and there was an employee named Derrick. He was absolutely amazing. He had online and walkin orders alot of them. He handled the situation amazing and gave great customer service given the situation. The store was out of alot of meats and the other employee would not help. He also had to deal with rude customer and mad customers and handled everything great.

This was my first time at Firehouse Subs and it was a great experience. The people behind the counter had bubbling personalities and had fun conversations with me. Not to mention the food they made was great, and I even went back to buy seconds haha. Thanks Firehouse Subs for the great service :)

The guy with septum piercing doesn’t know he is talking about. We came in at 8:25… 35 MINUTES before close. But he specifically said “of course 30 minutes before we close y’all want subs”. I will be calling tomorrow to discuss this issue. I work in the food industry and it was completely unacceptable. We were the only people in there 35 minutes prior to close and felt like awful people because of the way he made us feel. He rolled his eyes at us on the way out the door. How unprofessional that poor man is. I will be calling the general manager tomorrow to discuss his issue.

We love Firehouse Subs. It's well worth ordering from Firehouse, worth any wait (for us it's the weekend), and well worth the cost.

3 out of 3 steak and cheese subs were cold. The meat was like it was taken from the refrigerator and put on the bun and served.

A Blazing Disappointment – Never Again!
If I could give Firehouse Subs zero stars, I would. My wife and I have given this place two chances—both times, we left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. That’s not just bad service; that’s a pattern.
From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were intruding rather than being valued customers. The employees acted indifferent at best and borderline rude at worst. No greeting, no acknowledgment—just blank stares like we were inconveniencing them by existing.
Then there's the food. Overpriced, underwhelming, and definitely not worth putting up with the terrible service. They claim their subs are premium, but they taste like something thrown together with zero care. The bread was stale, the meat was lukewarm, and the overall presentation was just sad.
To top it all off, the atmosphere was uninviting. Other customers seemed to get normal service, but for some reason, we got the cold shoulder both times. Coincidence? I doubt it.
There are plenty of other sandwich shops that actually appreciate their customers. Firehouse Subs is not one of them. Safe to say, we won’t be back.

Just seems to be an over expensive blah place. $15 for an 8" small bag of chips and medium drink. I asked how much extra meat was on the 8" - it is $8 for extra meat. Might as well buy a 2nd sandwich, keep the meat and throw the bun away. I know the premise of Firehouse, but WAAAAY over priced for an ok sandwich and hot sauce bar.

I don't know if the food is good or not because I couldn't get that far. When I walked in the guy asked if I had an order in or if I was placing an order and I told him I was placing an order. He then informed me that it would be a while because he had online orders to filll and he was the only one there. There was a guy standing outside when I came in, he was smoking and had a backpack on. There were two women waiting to place an order. The outside came in and went behind the counter with the backpack on and started punching in on the register. He proceeded to take one of the ladies order. I said he didn't wash his hands so I will not be ordering. She and the other lady decided not to order also. A man came in and got the same greeting of how busy he was and if he had an order in, when informed it would be a while he left
When myself and the other ladies were outside we were discussing the attitude of the guy making the sandwiches, they said he had something smart to say and that's why they decided not to order. I told them I didn't like the guy coming in and not washing his hands because I won't be getting sick by nasty food workers. He then came out to the door, held it open and proceeded to tell us he wasn't going to make the sandwich and I informed him it didn't matter because he still should have washed his hands and he told us there were other restaurants we could go to and we told him that is why we left! DUH! NEVER GOING BACK!
