Just order food from this place order a salad did not get anything to be able to eat my salad didn't even get my ranch dressing how are you going to deliver a salad without a way to eat it or dressing spent more money on other food that we got other I'm not happy will not order from there again by looking at the reviews I should have looked there first to know that this place ain't the place to eat ? 2/1/2024

I ordered a pizza from Gino’s 14 th st west tonight on delivery and I think it was the best pizza I’ve ever gotten from there.it was amazing! Keep up the good work Gino’s west.Julie

We waited two hours for a delivery. Finally we decided to drive over because no one would answer the phone. When we got there they told us they didn't have a driver. Which they should have called us to let us know. When we get there they hadn't even made our order.

I ordered 2 pubwiches to be delivered. They arrived in an except able amount of time. They were hot and looked delicious. Sometimes they look sloppy. Not this time. The were great!

The service is terrible. If you call to order its usually busy where they either have the phone off the hook or they are standing there and just letting it ring. Another thing they do is when it rings if they answer they said please hold then don't come back to you. The quality of the food has also went way way down hill. I grew up eating Gino's pizza and it sure nothing like it use to be. I do not recommend the Washington Ave store at all.
