Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House

Google page advertises closing everyday at 11pm. I’ve called once every five minutes from 10:10pm to 10:30pm. They’ve answered twice and hung up on me…this is not the first time I’ve experienced this. Even a simple sentence letting me know they were closed would have sufficed. Poor customer service. Calling almost an hour before close seems perfectly reasonable, and even if it wasn’t, a simple “we’re closing earlier than advertised” would have been all I needed to respect them. In terms of food preparation, this is the best tasting Ginos I’ve been too, but this poor service has got to stop.

I had a calzone and mountain dew. My food was cooked perfectly. It was delicious. The only thing about it that I don't like is that they put a paper under it when they serve it. And when you cut the calzone the paper tries to go with the food. I don't like eating paper. I ended up removing the paper. Service was great. I would recommend this place for sure.

My family and I love this place people are really nice and the food is great ? well we obviously love eating from Gino's but last night was uncalled for yesterday was July 7th 2024 we decided to have food from Gino's when we got our food we did not get the ranch for our mushrooms and I asked for ranch for my chicken and french fries and the chicken was overcooked my old man called to see about getting ranch we waited and waited so I called to talk to the manager about it and by the time I got to talk to him the person was here with our ranch so I told him they're here well he was rude and hung up on me and that was that so I guess I'll choose my time wisely and when I get food from there if the managers are going to be rude and disrespectful they don't need their job

Gino's 10th street is the original! The pubwich is delicious.

Extra Large double cheese & sausage was spot on, perfect bake, sausage could have been rendered a bit further to crispness before adding to pizza

Food is absolutely amazing.. but the service sucks.. for the past two days i havent even been able to order after 10.. and when i call before 10 they told me the delivery guy had already left… then i took the initiative and around 10:30 i drove there and they were all getting in their cars leaving and said they were closed.. google says they are open until 11pm.. get better employees! Do better!
