Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House

Food was bland, ultra greasy. Pubwich was skimpy. Was just folded pizza crust with 1 peice of ham on bottom and no other toppings after ordering ham n cheese with the works. Used to be our favorite establishment, now I'll no longer be a patron here.

There's never a driver, they either put you on hold forever or simply don't answer. And I'm pretty sure they have roaches.

Pizza was cooked perfectly but I requested light sauce, as I do every time, and 4/5 times it’s always heavy on sauce. But like every other time we always eat it anyways.
Also, I don’t know if it’s just Norway Gino’s but do not order pizza bites unless you want to drink grease. They are so thin and crisp bc holding so much grease. Which my naive butt ordered them 3 times hoping they be better the next but no I think that might be how they intended. Oh and don’t forget to order a side of sauce to dip them into bc it does not come with them automatically.
Anywho I will be going down to 10th street next time. ?

Went here because they are listed on the sign on the highway. Upon arrival I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while 2 employees stood less than 2 feet from me without greeting me at all. Ended up walking out without ordering after they continued talking to each other and not speaking to me at all.

Watch your debit card transaction mine went through the same day then several days later it went through again on a different date and I was a walk in , very dirty inside the store as well

The last month I haven’t been able to place an order due to the phone continuously ringing!!! Ridiculous! I come usually once a week to this place & that’s uncalled for. Terrible service.

Ordered a 14" large for delivery was doughy nasty couldn't even eat , so I called and asked for it to be replaced , they replaced it with attitude and another soggy nasty pizza will not be back , will not order from Gino's again !!!

I ordered a lg. Cheese pizza with green peppers and mushrooms, hardly any cheese or sauce.! was cold took 1hr. to arrive.I called they said they would replace it.I chose not...this is the 1st. time with bad food and service. Normally delicious! And arrives within 25 minutes. 3/21/24 norway ave.

wonderful place, good food. the inside is kept very clean, although my only pet peeve and complained would be senior drivers out with enough change for a hundred I feel like this should be a rule of thumb.
