Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House

I ordered a pizza with pineapple, ham and green pepper. When I got it home, I realized it was almost raw in the middle. I called and complained (They weren't very nice about me having an issue) They told me to bring that one back and they'd make me another. The second one was just as bad as the first if not worse. I had to put it on my own pizza pan and cook it more at home so its edible.

I've worked with the public my entire adult life and I know how you're supposed to treat customers. I was very disappointed in their attitudes when they were the ones that served me 2 way under cooked pizzas.

I think I'd rather take my business to a pizza place that might be further away from me but better pizza and better customer service.

This place is horrible! They're color stuck so, they gave me an old pizza and refused to replace or redo it! I wouldn't recommend this place for dog food.

So let me tell you right now about Ginos on Norway Linda the young lady working tonight was so kind and helpful. She made sure that me and my lady had to buy one get one free she got our bread correct because my lady likes garlic bread and I like butter bread. She also made sure that I got my lasagna and my lady has to have her baked spaghetti. She was absolutely amazingand the other people that were in the staff were also great people. They were so kind and awesome. And the other people that were in the staff were also great people. They were so kind and awesome I give this place 1000 stars not five stars not 10 stars 1000 stars you guys rock you are awesome. Words me and the better half just got our bellies full and we’re about to snuggle up on the couch and watch a movie and fall asleep. Make sure you give Linda raise and take care of everybody else in there because they all deserve it. Love, James

It is too greasy . I myself personally have never had the experience of having to deal with so much grease on a pizza I have made so many pizzas it is just disgusting I'm sorry for this but it is

Wasn't worth it because the pepperoni bits was small as I don't know what and the pizza was made wrong I asked half banana peppers and they put it all over and when it comes to the delivery people they need to make sure they have enough change on them and not make them feel bad when they show up to some ones house and don't have any change to give back.i feel sorry for the delivery guy and the way he felt for possible not having change to give me back and they need to do a lot better job at listening to there costumers and there food.all I can say is what a joke.

Went in no one there had to call out to get service placed my order with Taylor picked it up got home pizza was wrong called to get fixed she was so nasty will never order with Gino's again

I normally love Gino's but I have had a problem of them not answerinh the phone between 8 and 10 o'clock. I work late and would love to have some food when I come home they really need to answer the phone. Js y'all slacking

Great tasting food, that was delivered to a family member of mine, I live in another state and they took the time to get my order to a family member whom I love very dearly. The food was delicious and very good customer service

Two pizzas for one on Tuesdays

Everything ordered was over cooked. Bread so hard you couldn't bite it. Call to report this and had the MANAGER argue with me and tell me they would remake it but it would be the same. SMH. Have better customer service.

Went to get a pizza at 9:30 and they told me they was closed when their door was still unlocked and they don’t close until 10

Terrible

Food was bland, ultra greasy. Pubwich was skimpy. Was just folded pizza crust with 1 peice of ham on bottom and no other toppings after ordering ham n cheese with the works. Used to be our favorite establishment, now I'll no longer be a patron here.
