ordered a hot ham and cheese and they forgot the ham and cheese ? 3 stars because it’s comical

Fast, delicious, we ordered large pepperoni pizza, large cheese stick, 2 Strombolis and it came out to around 49$ lil bit pricey but worth it.

Ordered about $60 worth of pizzas 3 med and 1 large not good at all ! Some were burnt and no flavor at all. Really disappointed I could see one bad but all 3? They have to do better there are to many pizzas shops around to complete with! Red Barron would be better! Come on man!

The pizza was good, the salad supurb, as was the service.

Don't order delivery. It will take at the very least an hour and a half to get your order. Yes my order was correct and the food was warm, but anything over an hour is absolutely ridiculous for pickup or delivery. I've ordered for pickup several times and 40 minutes later my order still wasn't ready. Management is a huge issue here. They fire the good people for not coming in on a requested and approved day off because someone got sick or they decided to give that day off to another employee last minute. Many also leave this location because of " managers." Apparently this is a huge issue for Westmoreland and Ashland stores.

8-5-24: Once again for second time in row did not get my extra sauces that I paid for! No point in calling again. They just forget again. How hard is it to read a receipt and double check to make sure the order is correct?! They literally owe me so much money from me not calling every time they mess something up or forget something. I've been too forgiving for way too long.

Don't order wings from Giovanni's on Waverly Road. I ordered a half a pound of wings it was $10 with tax I got one drum and five little tiny wings no way this is a half a pound! Major rip off!!!

So everytime we come to WV to see the family my wife makes me pick up Giovanni’s. I mean literally she orders it and as we come into town, I pick it up THEN we go to her mommas! The people are nice and the pizza is great.

Ordered pizza delivery this evening for dinner. I got a pizza, cheese sticks and chips for 33$. It took around 2 hours just to get my food, and they never brought my cheese sticks, delivery driver told me he'd be back. It is now 9:30 and they're closed:))) so no cheese sticks for tn... I also still paid for them as well.

Lunch Buffett, is excellent and has always been ever since I started going over 8 years ago. Get there early!! The lunch crowd gets busy and it was out the front door the last time I was there. That shows me they are doing it right at the Waverly Rd. Giovanni's. Keep up the good work!!

The meats were microwaved... and they were pretty much any type of sub that could be made in you kitchen within 5 mins.... was not as described; wasn't made as requested
