The people at this Hardee’s are rude this morning. They’re usually so nice but today was a the complete opposite. One girl at the window took an attitude with us and slammed the window in my dad’s face when he asked her a simple question. This kind of disrespect isn’t appreciated and she needs to check herself.
Parking: Employees need to realize that people don’t like awful attitudes and being treated poorly. It’s bad for business and leaves a sour taste in customers’ mouths. We’re prob not gonna come back here for awhile, which sucks because I love the food. But the disrespect isn’t something we’re gonna take.

Lady was rude on the speaker because I took 3 seconds to read the menu. Ordered 1 coke and 1 coke zero. She couldn't tell me what was what. As a type 1 diabetic, I can't risk it so I tossed it. Quality isn't what it used to me. Fyi-people go to Chic fil a for the service. Over cooked biscuit, dry ham. Over priced.

I wasn't sure what to rate it. Our food was hot and fresh. We got the bags. 2 hot dog one and 2 chicken wrap one and also a chicken strip kid's meal. It was a robot that took our order over the speaker which was kind of annoying. Problem is they are never open! Ignore the times posted.
I took a customer thru the drive thru. Can't share abt the food but the service time was pretty decent
