My son and I went to the Christmas Village. The place was stunning and the staff is amazing. I can’t brag on it enough. I will definitely be returning.
My husband and I visited today. It was our first time n we definitely want to return! The people and volunteers were SO friendly and informative! Fall colors added to this beautiful visit. Gentleman making the different brooms was terrific and I really learned from him! To top it off the beautiful lady weaving the angels…wow, just wow!! Visited the Church and actually met Henriella. This is a must-see attraction!
It's a great place for everyone. Great front porch sitting. Wonderful atmosphere!
I had a very fun time at Heritage farm the tractor ride was fun. My favorite thing that I did there was the zipping climb and you got to pet the animals and at zipping climb and it was very nice. I saw that they brought out Some animals for people on wheelchairs The surface is uneven and overall, we had a really fun time. We got a watch, blacksmith work and a whole bunch of other stuff like candle making the people working there are very nice
Lovely time at a wonderful place! The 10 and 11 year old boys with us really liked the general store with all the antique products and utensils, the post office, pharmacy, etc., the children’s museum. They also liked the wagon ride and the wild ride on the Holler Hauler. The highlight of their day was Wilder's Zip-n-climb, a ropes course and zip line! We all enjoyed petting the animals, looking at the antique vehicles, and visiting the beautiful chapel. The food at Village Vittles is very good, but don't expect fast service. We all look forward to our next visit.
This was a community treasure I had never visited. We took our 9 yr old granddaughter and was so impressed with everything. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. The buildings were very clean. We could not believe the number and condition of the items in the museums.
We also did the smaller zip line area and had a great time.
Definitely worth the visit.
1st time visitor. Excellent experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Artisans on site explaining their craft. I would say it is a great place for a family day.
I went for employee day and had a great time
The adventure park is a blast! My family has enjoyed TalithaKoum and zip line twice. Workers are great and highly trained.
I got to go be with my kiddo on her last trip. This place is beautiful. Kid friendly of course. There is a little walking. Nice change of pace and part of Smithsonian.
