This is a great place for a family day. It has something for everyone. It's educational & entertaining. If your into history & the local culture this is the place to be. A lot of artisans showing off their skills as well. You can take your time & just enjoy. The staff is great. Very friendly people that seem to enjoy what they do. Definitely on my do again list.
It was wonderful. Aa worthwhile visit.
Awesome
We took a guided tour! I was very impressed! We will be going back!!!
I highly recommend this be on everyone's bucket list if you are able and in West Virginia or find yourself in West Virginia. The details in absolutely everything there were amazing. From the exhibits to the educational aspect, and they didn't forget to make it fun and memorable for the children as well. There is so much to see and learn. I honestly wish we could have had more time there, I'm sure I didn't see it all. But, the best part of my experience there was when I went into the church and met the most wonderful woman who I thought at first was a employee, like the others I found throughout, which mind you are all amazing in the educating of every aspect of the park, but after I listened to her tell me the story of the man who wanted that church built, and the story behind the church and then revealed it was her husband! The owner of this wonderful place was sitting in front of me telling me this story, not just one of the employees but the owner. She was a true joy to talk to. I walked out of there with goosebumps from head to toe in 98° weather! Truly, a touching experience I will carry with me. I highly recommend.
Brought a two year old and my 89 year old grandfather and they had an equally great time! Really well done and lovely people that run it. Highly recommend
Loved being there I will go again
Heritage farm is very welcoming and fun to roam around in. I have gone multiple times and each time, it has been excellent. I would recommend this place for people who love history and love the outdoors.
Usually a good experience but very disappointed on 6/14 to have advertised open until 5pm and be turned away at 350pm
Excellent way to spend a few hours. Great exhibits. Lots of history. Many objects brought back memories of childhood.
Definitely recommend.

My family purchased a membership to heritage farms as a birthday gift for our toddler and we absolutely love coming. By our third visit of the year many of the staff knew our son’s name, and helped get him out of his shell. They have gone out of their way to make every visitor feel incredibly welcome. It is a Disney level of customer service. There are so many things to do and see you really need a full day to experience it!
Took kids on field trip! Such a fun place to visit! Love History & learned a lot🥰 Highly recommend!
Amazing. You won't find a setup like this anywhere else. It starts off slow but then you keep going into buildings and you'll see things you won't see anywhere else in a museum and collections. I've been to all 50 states and many countries, this place is legit.
We recently did a private tour, since they are not currently open. It was terrific. I wish I could remember the guide's name. He did a great job and was super knowledgeable, friendly and did everything at the pace we needed. If management reads these, you should give him a raise. He is great and knows what he is doing. He did the tour on 4/25/25 at 130pm.
Loved seeing , they have expanded , wasn't open but it was so beautiful
