I am not usually one to complain or leave a bad review, but I ordered a sandwich for delivery this evening and on my soul it came with absolutely no meat on it. Just lettuce, oil and vinegar, mayo and peppers. I don't understand how this happened but I'm extremely disappointed after waiting 40 minutes for the only meal I'll get to eat today, and it arrived like this.

I’ve ordered twice since they’ve reopened and it’s 100% better than the last owners. I placed an order and less than 20 min they were here. Happy the are open again

Had a few bad experiences with the previous ownership, was still sad to see them close last time. However holy cow, what a transformation!!! This new crew is great! Fast both in store and for delivery even during busy hours. And great in store service. Please give this Jimmy John's another chance!

So me and my girlfriend went last week the try the pickle sub but they were out of pickles, no big deal so we went somewhere else. Last night we tried to go at 8:30, keep in mind it says online their open til 4 AM, and the door was locked. All the lights were on but the door was locked, once again had to go somewhere else. My girlfriend just tried to go during her lunch break at 11:20, they say they’re opened at 11, and it was still closed. Very upset at how poorly this place is run.

I am not one to leave bad reviews but this JJ is just awful. They haven’t had ice for their drinks in months. Half the time they’re out of ingredients. I think the staff is stoned all the time. They walk around in coats with their hoods up (it’s not cold in the store or outside). Running their hands through their hair then making your food without washing them. Trash cans are overflowing. Trash all around the outside of the store. This JJ used to be SO good. I don’t know what has happened to it. It’s clear the management just doesn’t care.
4pm EST and they're out of bread for sandwiches. Wheat bread we settled for and not the same.No ice. I won't go back to the 4th Ave location.

I love your sandwiches but tonight my wife's was right and mine was not. I ordered giant Pepe (#1) and she had the #7, 2 chips and 2 cokes in the bottle. It was approximately 11:15-11:25 pm Wednesday night 10/02/2024. Oh they made both sandwiches the same. Mistakes happen, I know, but I was really looking forward to the ham and provolone.

Ive never had the food delivered, so I cant speak to that. But I geta sub there all the time and the subs KICK ASS! A regular sub wiĺl be 2 meals for me, and you cant beat the cost. $8,55 for a redular sub. And the damn things are friggin' LOADED! And given that a crusty old ass sub from Sheetz cost about $8.97, Jimmy John's is the BEST!

I ordered online. This location apparently uses DoorDash for delivery, even though that wasn’t disclosed ANYWHERE. I called after an hour and found out that way. They mark orders as delivered when DoorDash picks the food up; after that, it’s a mystery where your order is. No DoorDash info is provided. It took TWO HOURS to be delivered, and even then I didn’t get a call or text. I unfortunately do not have food ESP.
