two separate workers have caused issues with one ignoring me and eventually forcing me to show proof of my mobile order which isn’t possible after closing the app and wouldn’t give me my food. the other worker also made me wait for my food for 10 minutes when it was not busy which was also 10 minutes after i had placed my order, and then forgot out straws, both our forks, and all of our sauces. Overall rough experience

I ordered 4 piece chicken tenders combo and added a side of gravy. That was one dollar extra. They didn’t give me any of the sauces that I requested including the gravy. I waited around 10 minutes to get my order and didn’t even get what I asked for. I’m extremely dissatisfied.

The manager on duty On November 9, 2025 was extremely rude and she hung up on me when I simply called and asked what was the issue with our order. This was food for our children and we wanted to know the status of our order because it had taken over an hour. However, the person who answered the phone who was a female claimed that she was the manager and she hung up on me. I would like her information. Thank you.

KFC upcharges a significant amount for an all-breast bucket, because breasts are larger; I don't have a problem with that. What I do have a problem with is when I pay $52 for an all-breast bucket and 4 sides, but they bury 3 wings at the bottom, instead of giving me what I paid for. I'm sure other KFCs have better service, but this location engages in sketchy practices.

Food is average of KFC the service is the pretty bad the server isn't personable at all. After minutes of entering you are not greeted left wondering if they even know you're there until the server seems surprised that they have a customer.

Ordered food inside inside, supposed to be a simple order got it to go for the kids and they couldn't eat the tenders , they were tough to pull apart and the breading was hard and the tenders were mostly breading than meat, couldn't reach anyone to tell them about the messed up order from Friday Noone would answer until Sunday and they wanted me to keep the food or they couldn't do anything
