Someone else picked up my order before I arrived at the store, in which I ordered on the app. I shown them the app, showing it was infact my order, and they denied to remake it. Claiming I would need to just order more food… I already spent $18, I’m not spending more money at this terrible store with god awful customer service.

Don’t bother ordering delivery, they always cancel orders. Grubhub has called me 4 times and said that KFC canceled my order. This time they said its because someone else picked up my order.

My food tasted like it had been under the heat lamps for an entire day it was so dried out and no flavor it was the worst experience I've ever encountered especially for the price I paid it definitely was not worth it at

Stood in line 20 minutes before our order was taken and we were the only ones in the line! Do not order the chicken tenders from any KFC! They're rubbery and bouncy obviously processed. Shames the Colonel Sanders name.

Placed an online pick up order 16pc extra crispy family meal at about 6pm. When I arrived at the restaurant for pick up the lady working the front register informed me they only had 4 pieces of extra crispy chicken and they were not making anyone. My first question was you know it's only 6pm dinner time she shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do. So we ended up having to mix the rest with original I waited till she was done putting my order together "only because you never know what might happen to your food if the person making it gets offended" I asked for the manager and i informed him I wanted nothing for free but i was curious he informed me they already shut down 2 of the 4 friers and we're not making any more crispy chicken. I did ask why offer things on your menu at dinner time that you do not have available? His response was well we already shut down the friers for that. Very poor customer service but as I am well aware this is now the world we live in.
Ellen took our order. Very gregarious, and just downright charming. The entire restaurant was clean and orderly, the food was hot and spot-on KFC delicious. Even the ladies' restroom was amazingly clean. A very nice dine-in experience.

Everytime I come here my order is wrong. I only get three things. I went to call to see if I could get an item they got wrong replaced, but they are not answering the phone. Never ever coming back to the trashiest kfc in town, and I’m calling corporate in the AM :)
