Got a bucket home on the day before thanksgiving with just a few breasts and some clumps of bone. I called in and they acted as if this is impossible, and implied I should bring the food back. It’s just chicken bro. Unless it’s not. Might be bat.

I waited almost an hour for my food. I went in thinking it would be quicker than the drive thru because the line was long and boy was I wrong!!! The team working was so dysfunctional and could not work together as a team. The manager definitely did not have control and it was a hot mess. The only plus was they made my wings fresh. Horrible service!

Waited 25min on a to go order, the girl working the front seriously needs to be replaced. Put 4 pieces of chicken in a bucket and left it setting for 15min. The older gentleman was the only one working the front that was actually doing his job! KFC needs to get it together. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! Probably won't go back

Disappointed. Food quality was not great. The chicken was dry. Not much flavor. The sides were also just average. Customer service was below par. Either the crew there hates their jobs because they never smile or make eye contact, or they would just talk loudly to other crew members about people in their family that got on their nerves. I couldn't wait to just collect my food and leave. Probably will not return to this restaurant.

Charging 2.49 for a cup of water. Ridiculous!! Nobody does that. I can see a quarter or fifty cents, but 2.49 for a cup of tap water is nothing but GREED. Even when asking if thats correct, I was assured that thats the price for a cup of water now. No thanks.
